Charged a lot for changing a showering valve and messed up my hot water lines after the work. Now, I called and asked to check again but they refused to come out without me paying them extra money!

Hired WaterMac Plumbing & Heating, LLC to repair my plumbing and Justin came here to do the work, I paid them and they left, then I noticed the water was still dripping from the ceiling, I called Justin and he sent Kyle out and said it was not done right, and Kyle said that he will not charge us if I get the part, we got the part, and Igor changed their mind and wanted to charge us more money, we complained about them going back on their word and Kyle insulted us, Kyle said "I have better things to do with my time than be here with you people."
