Workers were very respectful, took care to do a very good job, answered any and all questions. Plus fixed any problems that arose during their work.

Of the three providers given to me, one never got back to me; one called me a week later & the other was Vulcan. Vulcan's response was immediate & had a representative at my house the next day. I was expecting a $10,000 estimate. They quoted me $3700 and did the job for that price. There were no overages; no additional "add-ons" - everything was done for the price quoted. They give a 10 year warranty. At year 9, they send me a letter asking me if I would like to purchase another 10 year warranty (the first 10 year warranty is included in the price quoted). I would highly recommend them.

The Vulcan crew came in and did the complete job within 4 hours. They were professional and courteous. They also were very repsonsive in following up with a post-installtion service call to extend a drain pipe from the sump pump.

Joe was great, he did what he was suppose to do in the time that he said and we are very happy with his work. We live one hour away and he was perfect, he also does clean up of water in basement so hopefully there will be no flood ever in our basement but if there is we will be sure to use him again.

Vulcan was hired for there battery back up system which was far above other systems that I looked at.

The job which I thought would take two days was completed in a little over 3 hours. It exceeded my expectations. They did a terrific job with clean up!!

The men that came were very professional and knowledgable about the work. They were speedy, clean and polite. The company even offered to do the job before the actual date became they had an opening, but we were not able to take the offer because of our time constraints.

Our experience with Vulcan was very positive. From the sales call to the installation was a great. We were lucky in the fact that our basement was empty at the time of installation. Only wish they had cleaned up better before they left.

Just signe a contract to have job done in December 2011. Sales Person was a great help and we signed for good service and price for the work to be done. Further data once job is completed..

Vulcan does not have a plumbing permit in Westchester. You require a plumbing permit to put in a sump pump.

Did a quick and efficient job. Just make sure you cover everything with plastic that you don't want covered in dust. Thank goodness I did. They come in with a jackhammer. Haven't had to use the sumpump yet, because it hasn't rained yet. So far all is good.

They came well prepared and very knowledgeable with my problem.

I should have gotten prices from the others.

Very professional work only drawback was they were 2 hours late both days. Seems to have solved my wet basement issues
