Got a quote from them very reasonable and extremely responsive. Have not performed the work.

Quick easy one day. Installed about 85LF interior french drain to future proof our 94year old basement. Personable with no bull.

They have, through the years, provided prompt top-notch service in a prompt and reliable timetable. They are very knowledgeable and familiar with water-proofing and dehumidifying basements. Their familiarity with french-drain systems and treatment of problems is most advantageous. Their pricing coupled with their knowledge makes Vulcan a favorable choice.

We had water seeping in through our basement walls. Wayne, who gave us the estimate said their waterproofing would fix our problem. At first, he quoted us the wrong price, then came back and said he made a mistake, the price was lower, so we went with them. That should have been the first red flag. Lesson learned. Anyway, the workers came, did everything in one workday; however, our issue was not resolved. Plus, we have more water spots than on the floor where they cemented everything, which we never had before they did work. After a number of attempts (calling almost everyday for weeks) to get a someone to call me back, Victor finally did. They came out and patched up the water spots with some waterproof cement which also did not fix the problem. I have now called numerous times, left messages for Victor, but no one has called me back. I feel like we were taken for a ride with this company. They sell their product saying it is guaranteed for life, but then when an issue arises, they are not responsive. Would not recommend this company. Horrible service.

Be prepared to clean up cement dust from everywhere! Check the sump pump for cement droppings which could stop the pump. Insist on floor protection on patios in the path of cement transfer. They stained my brand new granite patio in the front of the house. There was an attempt to clean up cement droppings on my driveway but there is still stains there. I will have to try a power wash in the summer. You really have to watch everything they do. Leaving them to do the work on there own you will not be happy.

They know what they are doing. They will not look for your leak, but solve it with a French drain which worked for me. Have called their customer service and they have been very responsive. The only thing I wish they educated me better on what to expect and how to go forward.

A lot less Hassel than I expected and the job was quickly and neatly done,with complete clean up,very nice.

I am very pleased with the service and workmanship of this company, I appreciate their honesty. My husband and I thought we would have to have the drains placed all around the basement but the representative from the company explained that the water was coming in at one particular spot. He asked several questions to get to his evaluation. He also answered all of our questions. The work crew arrived early (9:15) and worked until about 1:30. The job was done and the clean-up was good. Now we just have to wait for the rain to see if our problem has been solved.

The work they did was fine, but the left a mess, we're not concerned in the least for our belongings, and we were not given a good enough idea by the salesman of the mess that was made to our home. I would NOT recommend them, and find it hard to believe the high rating that they got.

I hired Vulcan to install a pump and water drainage system in my basement 3 weeks ago. I thought the salesman was professional but a bit pushy and was merely trying to make a sale as opposed to addressing my concerns about the source of the water in my basement. I decided to go with Vulcan because they offered to install more square footage of the drainage system. The workmen arrived on time and were very professional and polite especially the foreman. Periodically I went down to the basement to see how the job was going and the foreman/supervisor kept me updated, and he knew what he was doing. They cleaned up the area in the basement as well as outside where they were working very nicely although be forewarned that with this type of work, there is a lot of dust. Luckily I had covered my furniture and moved other items that I could move to another room. The workmen did move and reconnected my washing machine and dryer which I very much appreciated. Overall I think the crew did an excellent job but there has not been any significant rainfall so I'm not sure if the pump actually works. We'll see.

They installed a French Drain last Month as well as sealing some wall. With some heavy rains the walls started to leak through . They promptly came back to seal. They were very prompt and took extreme care to remove all debris due to the French Drain carefully to not take out through house. All lawn and Driveway were left in good condition. They installed two sump pumps with back up battery. Staff was very respectful.

I had a water emergency on Saturday and they came in on monday. The job was done that same week. Everyone was very proffesional. So far I have not had any problems with the basement.

I chose this waterproofing contractor to install French drains and sump pumps. They arrived on time, their team worked quick and efficiently, considering the nature of the work. They worked all day, cleaned up as best as possible, and tried to minimize damage to my baseboard heating system and existing walls. There was a slight drip from the tubing leading to the pump which they returned to repair on two occasions. All in all I am very pleased with the work they did and already notice an improvement in the musty smell. I await the heavy rains of the next season to further evaluate their work.

Very sloppy at times but they were courteous and worked quickly. I wish they just gave price and date but instead we played a game of discount if! You know what I mean Victor!,
