they came promptly, took everything. were polite. they did not smudge, scratch or break anything.

Prompt appointment and good service.

We made a list of items to be hauled and where they were located in house and on outside property. This made it easier for everyone. Overe the phone it was indicated that our Angies' coupon entitled us to 15 cubic feet in the truck - we were unclear how much junk that would be. But the young men were helpful in judging the items

Communication was excellent prior to service. Service was excellent.

The workers arrived on time, were well-spoken, polite. They made no mistakes of what to take and what to leave. Some items were heavy; they had appropriate equipment to move those items easily. They were tidy, quick, had enough workers to do the job in an hour even with the truck needing to be parked 100 feet from the garage. They broom-swept the garage when they were through to the cleanest it's been in years. A misunderstanding about price was resolved by them with a phone call to their office. It was a messy job done well!

-shaped pieces used to line a border garden. I purchased a discounted coupon for a certain amount of cubic feet of "junk" to be hauled away. The two gentlemen who came were extremely courteous, upbeat and friendly. They hauled away what I wanted to discard- a large pile of L shaped border garden things from the 60's (very ugly). Our town does not provide for recycling cement so i was stuck until i saw this coupon. I would use this service again in a heartbeat!

They were on time for the appointment and very pleasant to deal with, both on the phone and in person. They didn't damage anything in the process of moving the furniture. They were efficient and did the job.

Junkluggers arrived on time and hauled all the stuff away. It was snowing that day and despite the slippery condition, they loaded everything up calmly and were thorough professionals. Extremely happy and will use them again.

They came a little later than scheduled but did call to say they would be late. I was surprised they were coming at all as it was raining, getting dark and they had to walk up and down stairs and down a walk way to get to the back. They did remove all the garbage that night. They did thou leave a muddy mess on the walk way, stairs and front side of the house but nothing a little water couldn't handle. I was just glad all that garbage was finally gone. They could not take the soil that night (as it was raining). So I made another appointment and they did arrived on time. My only concern was that it cost me an additional $100.00 to finish the job. Apparently the picture I sent them did not show the exact amount of soil to be removed. I double checked the picture and they were right. Money well spent.

Considering the number of pieces of heavy junk to be taken away, I was surprised that Eric handled most of it to get it ready for pick-up (the truck came 30 minutes later). The men were careful when removing this bulky junk so that my wooden floors were not scratched, nor were there any dings in the walls when bringing down pieces from the attic and first floor. Then in a very methodical manner, Eric and Paul cut apart the wooden pieces where possible and apart from the refrigerator, dismantled the other bulky items. They initially offered to remove some automobile tires from my garage, but by then the truck was nearly full. Finally, they made a clean sweep of the premises where the junk was....removing dust, dirt, shards of glass/ metal and wood chips.Although the final cost of the project was somewhat higher than the telephone estimate, the work was professionally done and completed within the estimated time frame. I would not hesitate to use the Junkluggers again.
