Would have given zero stars but you’re not able to.Wasted space by not packing smart…triple dresser in the truck and drawers taken out to move and left out of the dresser, same for 6-drawer dresser. Drawers stacked in truck Rather than putting them back in the dresser to save space.and 4ft footlocker. Left empty. As a result the clean out was not complete. What they estimated did not fit in the truck of course the way they packed it.Unfortunately I was not there to supervise and a person left there to supervise did not want to criticize. When I called they did not even bother to call me back. I called the second time and still not even a phone call. JunkInIrishmen Came for the last quarter truck of junk. Their trucks are bigger and the same price as junkluggers. And they knew how to pack the truck.

We had to empty out 17 years of accumulation from my in-laws home after they sold it to downsize. The staff at Junkluggers was professional, punctual, and friendly. The pricing was upfront and job was completed quickly. I especially appreciated how the billing was digital and thus eliminated the need for any paper, which would only create new junk. Customer service was excellent, as I needed to schedule an additional pick up after we ended up filling the truck. I also love how they sort through everything and donate what they can. I always hate the idea of things just sitting in a landfill. I highly recommend these guys!

It went great! I called at the last minute requesting a cleanout for the same day. The guys showed up a short time later just when I was promised they would and completed the job quickly. They were capable, punctual, friendly and did exactly what was needed.

They were so nice. Arrived on time and got the job done quickly. When doing the estimate, they asked for a picture of the treadmill so that they didn't overcharge me! Would 100% use them again.

Both men were very courteous and pleasant and they worked quickly and efficiently. I was also impressed by the contact from the main office after scheduling the appointment on line. This is a very thorough and people-oriented company. I've used them in the past - will use them again and I highly recommend them.

I called Junkluggers and set up an appointment for an estimate. I was given a two hour window and they arrived within that time frame which reduced the amount of time spent waiting. The preliminary estimate given to me over the phone was accurate and did not change. I had a very large, heavy oak entertainment center (5' x 5' x 2') that needed to be hauled down 2 flights of stairs and about 100 feet. Job was completed in a satisfactory manner. I would definitely call Junkluggers again!

The guys were prompt, courteous, friendly and very professional. I can't believe they managed to cram her overstuffed sofabed into the elevator. I was extremely pleased by the level of service and would definitely hire them again.

The movers arrived on time. They were very courteous and friendly. Moved with precision and grace. The two movers were able to move approximately 1/3 of a truck worth of items out of my apartment in 1/2 hour. They made my job easy. All I had to do was to show them what needed to go, and they took care of everything else.

The gentlemen from Junkluggers were very professional and did the job very quickly and efficiently. They removed some "junk," some non-salable household items that were still of some use, and some construction debris. Will definitely use them again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It worked out fine. It was uneventful. They were New Yorkers and workers so there's nothing much to say. My needs were met with the price and it was competitive. They said they were supposed to be here in 2 days and they were not here and they have not called. I certainly would call them in the future to find out what they would charge me for doing a job.

I needed somebody to haul away some piles of construction debris (plaster, long boards with nails, wood planks with nails) from the demolition of a wall in my home. I picked Junkluggers after reading reviews because their website was the easiest to make an appointment. They list the days they have available and you just select what works for you. The next available weekend available was two weeks later and they called twice to confirm the appointment. They give you 2 hour windows for when they will show up and I picked 8:30-10:30 AM on Saturday (this morning). We received a call shortly before 8 AM saying they'd be early. I would have preferred they came at the scheduled time, but this was better than if they came at the end of the appointment window, which is usually the case with other companies. The two guys that showed up with their large truck scoped out the piles of debris in my garage and the estimate came in at the low-end of the range I was quoted on the phone. They couldn't have been more professional or pleasant. They went to work piling everything up in their truck, swept up the dust and were done in about 30 minutes. I was afraid they might accidentally pick up some of the junk-like stuff in my garage in the vicinity of the debris, but there was no confusion on their part. Couldn't really have gone any better and I was very pleased with the results.

They were very professional and arrived in the window they provided. They were quick and thorough and were able to move some heavy furniture out of my basement I no longer needed. They also checked with me on items to make sure I really wanted them thrown out. This was because I had a lot of things on top of each other. We were very happy with the work they did.

Easy to make an appointment, they freely provide a $10 off coupon to get the price down, be sure to ask for it. They made an appointment within a 2-hour window. They called 2-hours before and asked if they could arrive earlier which was ok by me. Upon arrival, the guys weren't aware of the fact that the home office applied a coupon and quoted the rate wthout it. I told them I had a coupon, and there was no problem in applying it. They hauled away the couch. I noticed on the receipt that tips are appreciated by the crew, hadn't noticed that until they left. Just a thought but at $110 for 5 minutes work, how about you pay the guys a little higher salary than rely on customer tips? Anyway, overall the service was excellent, I would use them again.

If you find yourself as we did up to your elbows sorting out the flotsum and jetsum of a life well lived but ended, then you want to call Junkluggers. They can help. Every single person in the company we had contact with, from the voice on the phone to the guys with muscles who hauled out a couch, a sleep sofa and two big chairs, was a pleasure to deal with, pleasant, responsive and courteous without going over the top. Their prices are competitive and they lean green and try to recycle whatever they can. The only thing Junkluggers could not help with is the grief of dealing with a lost loved one.

The 2 men arrived on time and were so helpful. They were personable and did a fantastic job. It feels so good to have room in my garage again. I definitely recommend Junkluggers. Best of all they separate the junk from recyclables and anything they can donate. When they do donate it is on your behalf and they send a receipt you can use for.Income tax purposes. I will definitely use them again.

I called them up today to make an appointment to pick up some stuff. They told me that unfortunately my zip code was out of their service area. They were very polite and they were very nice about it. I was just a little disappointed I couldn't get it done.
