It was good! There was some more, because he needed access to the doorbell and he replaced it. It cost $160 or so. They were on time. They were good! The work I had, the doorbell, the light in the garage and florescent bulbs in the kitchen. He was done in like one & a half hour. He was good, very professional. The only thing I would say, is that I would like some advice before he came in like in a phone call. To see what I can do, so I don?t waste time. One of the things was that the florescent bulbs, replacing the whole unit would have been better, but we didn?t have enough time to go buy a new thing, he kind of worked around the existing. If I had known that, I could have gotten it before.

Very well. With the appropriate repairs my fan was replaced since the previous one was old and almost caused a serious fire hazard. HCE diagnosed the issue, then replaced and repaired the ceiling fan with no trouble.

Very well. It was revealed the previous installation was unprofessional, yet HCL exposed it and avoided what may have been potential damage to the house. They repaired the fan and made the appropriate corrections.

Both putting a ceiling fan and change electrical wiring was not done, instead used the hours for doing other small things around the home (replace exhaust fan, fix electrical reset problem)

High Class Electric did the job professionally and was able to adjust things due to our requests. I.e., deciding to add another outlet, changing location of a light, etc.

He said he couldn't do it that day because he didn't have the time. He said he had other appointments and he didn't have the equipment. He arrived late. That's why he didn't have the time. As far as the equipment, there's a Home Depot 100 feet away, so that's a poor excuse. He then asked me if I needed any outlets installed. So I'm guessing he just didn't want to install the dishwasher line or the sub panel so he gave me excuses. He was perfectly willing to spend the time to install outlets though.

Wonderfully! The electrician was professional, prompt, courteous and did the work so much more quickly than I thought it would take. He only needed an hour, not the two hours.

He charged me $60 for a dimmer which is $30 in homedepot when I already paid for 2 hours labor. I understood it would cost higher when I purchase from them but not this high.

When first contacted; I was informed that he did not service the area I reside in. Angie's list was wrong for placing him in that area. Nonetheless, he came and did out an outlet after I was dissuaded on how long the task would take. Secondly, asked to install a new thermostat; claim he was not familiar with the brand; Sensi! Only element he managed to execute was to fix a minor wire for the front door bell.

They got back to me quickly but advised that they don't service LG refridgerators. Not sure why. could be because parts are hard to get. The LG came with the house. I am relatively happy with it but when it comes time to replace it, it won't be a Korean made product (LG/Samsung). It will be a Whirlpool or a Maytag. Period.
