Carlos and JP were great. Carlos walked through and helped identify issues, and plan the project. Carlos found quite a few issues in work done prior to us buying the house. Some of the issues were could have caused some serious issues, such as improper wiring causing a fire. The house was just as clean when they left. I felt Like Carlos gives you a range of options, instead of just giving you the most expensive. I have additional work that I will be asking him to complete when the time is right. A huge positive, although I know It is not always possible. was that Carlos was able to be here for the township inspection.

Carlos was wonderful to work with. He responded quickly to my request for a quote, our in person consultation was timely and when it came time to do the work he treated out house as if it was his own. Would highly recommend and we would happily work with him again.

Carlos was great. He came on time. He examined the situation and give me the price before he started the work. The outlet had to be moved to the wall, which left a hole in the floor with new carpeting. I asked about putting a cover over the old outlet and he was able to do that. The work was completed in about an hour. I’m very happy and will be calling him to do additional electrical work.

Carlos was excellent. We had an outlet that did not work. Carlos arrived right on time for the appointment. He found out the issue after checking various outlets that were poorly wired. He discovered an outlet that was not grounded and which had loose wires. He rewired the outlet and put in a new box. Everything worked great after that. He spent close to an hour and a half checking various outlets and our electrical panel. We would definitely hire him again. He is experienced, clean, smart and very nice.

Everything better then expected and faster then expected an talked about Carlos deff under promised and over delivered . The men left everything spotless and at end of service payment was made according to quote that was agreed on deff making bussiness again. - Recommended -

Went very well. Older home with concrete block top to bottom, and few options, but Carlos was creative and found a solution that would work both for the home and within the parameters of the deal purchased. Great quality, good price, and the work was done quickly.

He showed up an hour early, which I give him credit for, except I was on a work call at the time. He was visibly annoyed to have to come back, and his annoyance carried over into his assessment of the work. I had purchased a coupon for 2 hours of labor thru Angie's list, which referred me to High Class, but then he said he no longer accepted that coupon. He was also quite annoyed when I asked many questions about the work he proposed. He didn't seem to think he needed to explain why he was proposing so much additional labor, or how his work would comply with codes. He was quite condescending to me, a potential customer, when I asked follow-up questions. At one point he said "I've never had to explain my quotes to a customer before." I eventually asked him to leave. I would not recommend.

I wanted to replace a number of old 2 prong outlets to 3 prong ones. Technician arrived on time and completed the work as expected.

Even though I was out of his zone, he still came out of his way and did a great job. Very professional.

Project #1 - Electrician had equipment to detect wires were live. He explained as the wires were active,there was nothing that could be done. If I sold the house, I would probably be ok and would not have to do further work. He would absolutely not upgrade any wiring that was active. Project #2 - - I was told it would be a bad idea to proceed as it would take some time and several holes would need to be drilled - there would be significant damage to the upstairs attic walls where the wiring would need to go. There was a definite lack of interest in doing the job even though I said I would pay over the 2 hour service to get it complete. I opted not to proceed on his recommendation because it seemed either he was not confident about his ability to get the job done without causing more damage than necessary or it was too much of a hassle and he wasn't into it. A more responsive reaction to undertaking this project would have been appreciated. I will now need to find another electrician willing to do the work. I was provided information but nothing was done on either project. I am left unsure whether the electrician was correct or not about the basement wiring being up to code if I sell the house. Disappointing experience.

Carlos was professional BUT, After we paid Angies List, we found out that this electrician does not do Cat 5.......the wiring is still open on my wall after he left

Excellent. One foot to the side of the deck actually works just a wee bit better for tools as well as the electric canopy.
