It was very good. I have used them again. I had some other work. He did it in two hours and it was good.

He came out right away. I think I paid more than the $162. Overall, he was excellent, he's good. Their quality was very good. On the responsiveness was very good. It was just one man that came out for the work. Very good.

I send a message to High Class Electric through Angie's List Website. I was surprised Carlos responded quickly even it’s just a small job (I didn’t mention in my message that I have 8 smoke alarm plus GCFI outlet to fix). Carlos call me to make an appointment to check the job. He gave me a good price up front and even send me a price proposal to make it official . He promised they will schedule the job in the morning of June 27, 2017. They arrived on time and did the job efficiently, I'm very happy with their work and definitely hire them again.

I hired High Class Electric to hang two light fixtures; they arrived on time, were professional and courteous, and alerted me to an issue with one of our electric boxes. They did not push me to replace it, but when I asked them to do so, they gave me the price up front, which was very reasonable. They did a great job and I would definitely hire them again.

They were here to fix a light fixture in our bathroom. They came in and looked at it. It looked like it was broken, but they were able to fix it. It is working fine now. I felt like they were very honest. They could have told me that I just needed to replace the fixture, but they were able to fix it. I also had him look at an outlet in our hallway. It had not worked since we moved into the house. He was able to fix/swap out the outlet in 10 minutes. I had to pay $20 for the outlet for the parts, but the labor was included in the deal. I was fine with this, since labor was part of this deal. The guy that came out went above and beyond. This was my first time using this company, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent - Carlos from High Class Electric worked very efficiently and was wonderful with an elderly family member. His work is excellent and we will definitely hire him back -- we need to do a fair amount of electrical updates and such to address old lighting and switches and outlets that don't work. We really appreciated his patience and willingness to recommend different solutions. He also has a fair amount of replacement parts on his truck, and we were able to resolve some issues without having to make a trip to either Lowe's/Home Depot. The company's rates are competitive and his professionalism is wonderful. We will absolutely use High Class Electric again and can recommend Carlos without reservation.

Carlos came in before the scheduled time - making it prompt and professional. finished the job ahead of time and asked if there was anything else left to do since he was finished before the time alloted. Told him about another electrical outlet that needed fixing and he went ahead and fixed Great service and very good professional manners
