Since that time, I have not experienced any problems with the heater. I would have no problem referring this company or the service representative to my friends. It's not often a consumer finds decent, honest contractors who will stand behind their work. Thank you for the referral.

I called around 6:30 this morning and my call was returned promptly. Robert arrived at my home within one hour of my call. He was courteous and very professional. He assessed our system and corrected the problem. There was no attempt to sell us a new system or do any more than what was actually required. I asked him for information on new heating and air conditioning units and he took his time to explain the pros and cons of various systems. There was no hard sell, only information. He honored the Angie's List coupon that was advertised. He impressed me as a very honest individual.

Robert came out to the house to inspect our ~30 year old furnace which had been acting up over the past few weeks. He offered us a range of solutions to fit a wide price range as my wife and I decided how much to invest. He quoted us an excellent price for a new furnace with a 10 year parts and labor warranty. His attitude, knowledge and flexibility (he works evenings and weekends) made it an easy decision. We had the furnace installed the very next week and it's working like a charm. I would hire Climate Masters (soon to be Climate Mechanics) again in a heartbeat, but now that the furnace is fixed I doubt I will need to.

First let me say that in my experience it is very rare to find someone with Robert's honesty and integrity. We called Robert based on the good evaluations from Angie's list. A very severe condensation problem had developed in at least (2) locations which was starting to damage our carpet and sheet rock. I must admit that the main source of the leak was not readily apparent because I had tried to locate it before calling Climate Masters. Robert came as promised and after checking the filter and finding the sad condition of our compressor environment concluded that the severe air flow restriction was the problem. He then took care of that situation . He then advised us to keep an eye on the situation and call him if the water did not dry up in a reasonable period and that there could be residual leakage from a possible melting ice formation. The condensation did stop around the overhead duct but there was resumption of a persistent leak coming from somewhere. Robert came out again and diagnosed the clogged drip pan channel and repaired it as stated above. He did not charge for this follow-up or repair because he said the work was guaranteed and that he had missed the clogged drip tray channel on his first vist. I was really impressed because due to the unrelated nature of the compound problems it would have seemed unreasonable to expect Robert to have also diagnosed the drip pan situation with the flow restriction staring us in the face! I will definitely use Climate Masters in the future and also recommend them to friends and relatives.

I called Climate Masters because my AC wasn't working. He came out within 2 hours and then returned 2 hours later to fix the problem. He was very through in explaining the problem and fixed it quickly. He told me that if I had any further problems this year with my AC he would come back at no charge. He honored the 15% discount coupon from Angies list. I was very impressed at his reaction time to my problem, professionalism and knowledge and he was a super nice guy. I put his magnetic business card on my fridge and would not call anyone else with my AC problems in the future and will recommend him to anyone I know who needs servicing. I would highly recommend you use Climate Masters. You won't be disappointed, you will be surprisingly pleased!

My experience was excellent!! I highly recommend this company for service and installation. Nothing but professionalism. The pricing was extremely fair and much less than the standardHVAC industry charges. I formally worked as an estimator for a HVAC contractor and know the charges and markups are that are applied to labor and materials. The only concern this company had was to resolve the immediate repair the day I contacted them.

I was looking to have someone insulate my attic, instead they were trying to up sell me with additional services.

There wasn't much information when they came out to the house with regards to what they offered and how they explained it. They were quite competitive but it was just really the presentation. They were very good in terms of the timeliness and professionalism.

My experience with them was absolutely excellent! The work was first-rate and he was on-time. He had the best price too. No one else could even come close to his price. He impressed me just through talking to him. I can't tell you how happy I have been. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with. There is nothing negative that I could say about him. When I need something in the future, I will definitely call him.
