From the person answering the phone to the serviceman, all interactions were polite and professional. They got someone out to check out the problem (water on the basement floor around my a/c unit, which was not cooling well) on the same day I called, during a heat wave. The serviceman did a fair amount of work to find the problem. After he added refrigerant to the system it was working just fine, and with his suggestion I realized I didn't need to have the temperature set as low as I had been doing. The place stayed cool at a higher setting because it was working more efficiently and really pulling the humidity out of the air.

Second time I have used them and completely satisfied with their quality, professionalism and courtesy.

They took a look at the air conditioner which was not cooling my house. They refilled with freon and then recommended some changes. Price was good. The worker they sent was definitely experienced, he went right out to identify the problem. Pretty personable. He didn't mind me looking at what was going on.

Nathan provided excellent service and communication throughout the whole process, from the first visit through the install. For years, we were dealing with a condensation problem with our LG mini split air conditioner, and no one could find the source of the problem. We can honestly say that we've never experienced a company like CLIMATE MECHANICS so committed to making things right. Nate, the awesome climate mechanic that came to our home, and Robert, the owner of the company, could understandably have walked away because they did not install the system and were not responsible for the problem. Nate worked for hours trying to locate the problem. In the end, after so many years of leaking, CLIMATE MECHANICS went above and beyond and resolved our ongoing problem. Toni, their wonderful contact person, told us repeatedly that Robert just wanted us to be happy in the end. And we are. Totally. Thank you Robert, Nate and Toni.

It went great. There were no issues and they were very prompt. We did have one issue which they quickly fixed.

We got 5 estimates and they came in far lower priced than anyone...it was so low my wife and I were concerned if the price was even correct. Based on the other prices we were only going to get the central air done for now..however with their pricing we could afford to get it all done. They promised to be out and install our new Central Air, Heater and water heater in about a week. They showed up on time and they even finished sooner than our sale rep had told us. We only had it in about a week now but so far we are extremely pleased! If you are considering a new Central Air, Heater or water heater I highly recommend you get an estimate from them..I'm quite sure you'll thank me later.

They weren't able to solve my issue, however they were able to tell me what the issue was and offer suggestions to fix it.

He was very friendly, and looked at everything. However, when i asked for an estimate on the repair/replacement, he quoted me a price that was $1,300.00 above the next estimate I got through a Home Depot certified company using the same equipment (Home Depot spec'd the equipment to similar or better specs on the estimate this fellow gave me). Because of that extreme price difference, I'm not likely to ever use this company again. Their labor costs must be very high relative to the other companies I spoke to.

I've used Robert in the past for all my HVAC needs, and once again he came through in a big way. He troubleshot a broken AC system, and spent hour making sure he did the job right. He also quoted me a great price for the installation of a new system for our downstairs system which I couldn't pass on. He came a few days later and installed the system himself in one day. He is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable of his job. This was another excellent experience with Climate Mechanics, and we will continue to use them for any future HVAC needs.

John was great, he answered my calls and was promp at returning my calls as well. The service was great all around.

After finding Climate Mechanics on Angie's List, I called and immediately was answered in a very helpful and professional manner. I described my problem (lack of cooling) and he dispatched a mechanic that arrived within 20 minutes the same day I called. Robert, the mechanic, arrived and after describing the problem he quickly diagnosed and charged the system. Robert was very knowledgeable, professional and used the latest technological equipment to determine the correct charge and adjusted to get the maximum efficiency. I was very impressed and highly recommend this company. In addition, they discounted the diagnostic fee.

This morning our a/c was working, but water was coming from the furnace unit. Mario came this afternoon and discovered the problem. It was fixed within 30 minutes! He drove down from Newark to perform the job on the other guy's day off. We are very happy to have a/c again on such a hot summer day!

They added 2 lbs R22 and cleaned the coil. He said there may be a leak in the coil. It was very satisfactory. They on time and professional. He got right to work. I felt comfortable.

Robert was able to come the same day I called. He was very professional, and clearly an expert in HVAC systems. His price was very reasonable. He charged only for the cost and labor of the equipment replacement and not for the system inspection. I would definitely use him again.

Thought I had a problem with my AC unit. I called Robert he got back to me right away. When he came over he checked my thermostat and entire AC system running different tests. Looked over entire system then it started to worked normally. He did not charge me. He is the most trustworthy contractor I have ever dealt with in my life. 100 percent recommended!!!!!
