HIGH QUALITY CARPET CLEANING

Cleaned carpet, got out a hard-to-remove red stain - incredible job! A week later they came back for second cleaning as brown spots appeared. Got rid of brown spots easily. Great job!

On time and done expeditiously. Perhaps too fast? My only negative experience was that the rugs were so saturated that the fluids buckled the paint on the floor underneath the rugs. Perhaps they could have placed a plastic lining underneath to collect excess fluids. It took 3 days for the rugs to dry out and we had to take them off the floor and place over furniture. We were told it would be less than a day to dry.

Great job thoroughly cleaning the 4 areas of carpet that we had asked him to do. One of which was a high traffic area and he made sure to clean it 3-4 times based on our request.

n contacting the company, the response was timely. Contact was really nice. Rugs were cleaned. Nothing outstanding. The gentleman was not the best representative for this company. He appeared to be exhausted or he may have had a bad night. He was happy that I moved the furniture and he nicked up my walls with the machine. I had to touch them up with paint.

Quality of work was great. Vendor was professional, responsive, and reliable. Competitive and fair pricing. I'll definitely use them again.

The young man who came was quite personable and easy to work with and didn't mind shifting around the love seat in the room to work around it. he made quick work of cleaning the rug. It took only a half hour or so for him to look it over, get his equipment in and finish the job. (Of course it was not that large a rug). The rug came up quite nicely and everything went as predicted by the young man (drying time, odor diminishing, etc.) A light stain was slightly diminished though it didm;t come out entirely, but as I acquired the rug second hand and could not provide any info on what made the stain, I couldn't expect total removal. Overall, I am very satisfied. As the carpet dried and a day or two passed the colors just looked more and more vibrant. He did a good job.

Their tech did a very good job cleaning our 2 couches and 1 love seat. He also gave us a good price for the additional work. We are satisfied with the work and will use them again in the future.

Initially I arranged for a special - $99. for $200. value - for an oriental rug cleaning following a remodeling project. Because I had two rugs in mind that surpassed the square footage mentioned in the ad I inquired about further fees. An extra $15. (I think) or so was quoted to me, payable by cash or check on the day. Seemed reasonable. Disappointed to have to wait two weeks but the company is not really local and they needed to schedule us in. That was fine. By the time they came I decided to have an additional (third) small rug cleaned but I guess the square footage wasn't beyond the price. We were asked for an additional $13.75 - the $99. was pre-paid. The tech mentioned upholstery cleaning at some point, but because of the distance he said it wouldn't be worth the trip to come for a love-seat or two alone. Turns out he had time to spare until his next appointment so we had him do both love-seats, two wing chairs and a recliner wing chair. He charged $160. Not sure if he was extending the 'special' or if that's their usual price. He did say he would have to charge $40. for the recliner , so I guess a regular upholstered chair is less. It was only yesterday, the furniture and rugs are still drying out but even my husband noticed how bright and clean the rugs look. I'm very pleased. To save a bit was great; even at their regular rate I would have been pleased with the care taken and the thoroughness. Greg even moved one chair, with my husband's help, down from upstairs to clean it. And he cleaned a small half-moon wool rug just inside the front door gratis. Excellent service.

They couldn't get rid of the stain the first time, but they redid the corner that needed more elbow grease. The carpet looks great.

The agent came on time. He was very personable and tried several different ways to remove the stain on the carpet, including cleaning it from the underside. He was very careful with the wooden floor beneath the carpet. I was thrilled with the service and would definitely use them again.

extremely well just a note, if you are planning on getting your couch cleaned, when they finish it will be damp and you need to give it 48 hrs to dry. try to have it done when it's not raining or use a dehumidifier in your home. keep some towels around too. they need to place the truck close to the items they will clean. since i'm on the 5th fl of an apartment bldg not near a parking area, they cleaned the cushions outside and brought a portable unit upstairs to clean the bases of the couches. excellent job, v nice people to deal with. considerate.

Technician showed up promptly (actually 15 minutes early). He worked efficiently and left our rooms immaculate.

Two workers appeared on time and completed the job in about two hours. They successfully cleaned a number of especially soiled areas and troublesome stains. I have had my carpets cleaned before and the results achieved by High Quality are far superior. I would definitely hire them again.

Sofa looks and smells great. Jaclyn (owner) is very nice. Appointment was easy to schedule and tech was also very nice when he arrived for cleaning. Job well done. Would definitely use again and recommend to family and friends.
