Did a great job and moved any light furniture

It went very well. Jacqueline was accommodating with the schedule. I was looking to have this done on Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. A number of other businesses were not available, but High Quality was. The technician Tony was right on time and did a great job. He also answered some questions I had regarding some buckling of the carpet and how to resolve that. I plan to schedule some additional work with in the future to take care of that issue.

High Quality Pro Services did an exceptional job cleaning my mattress! My nephews had had several "accidents" while staying over, and I was worried my tempurpedic mattress was ruined. After a short visit from High Quality, it's now good as new. Their technician was prompt, worked quickly, and answered all of my questions. It was very easy to schedule an appointment with them and they even followed up to make sure everything had gone well. I would recommend them to everyone.

High Quality Carpets is the best service I've ever used. With pets, kids and all that comes with life, they make my house beautiful and clean again, and the rugs aren't drenched and wet like I've experienced with other providers. This is my third time I've used High Quality and love them. I've had them clean all the rugs in my house, even my couches. They are amazing!

Jacquelyn was very helpful setting everything up. She called me and changed the time to an hour earlier which was fine. Tony arrived on time and went right to work. Not only did they do a really good job, but, when the sofa was moved away from the wall he vacuumed behind for me. He also helped me set the mattress on the bed. I've used Angie's list over the years and have never been disappointed with any service. I would highly recommend High Quality Carpet.

It was easy to make an appointment. I had purchased a Big Deal. The two person team arrived on-time. They were very knowledgeable and pleasant to have in the house. Everything was explained in advance and there was no attempt at up-selling (which I can't stand). We had 3 large area rugs to be cleaned. Most of the furniture had been moved in advance. The team was very good about moving the dinng room table, sofas, buffet, and hutch. Even though we had these items were on furniture glides, the team was very careful with moving the furniture. They were very thorough and efficient in cleaning the carpets. The carpets looked great when they finished. I reminded the team to please wipe up any excess water on hardwood floors and they did (this always happens, do not take this as a negative on their work). I have seen comments in a few reviews that the rugs were very wet after the cleaning. This was not my experience. I think there was a little more moisture as compared to when I used another provider, to be honest. However, it was not a problem and the rugs dried in the normal time frame I expected and was as quoted. The only reason I gave a B on professionalism is that the team does not wear booties either before, during or after cleaning. It's not a reflection on them - the business should provide them. It didn't affect the cleaning the first time as they worked back to front and at the end had to stand on the front porch to finalize the transaction after they finished. I had them come back two weeks later to clean the rugs upstairs and again they did a fantastic job. Again, no booties so they tracked in dirt on one of my rugs downstairs, which to their credit they pointed out and cleaned. To the owner of the business, please invest in the booties. Doing so would provide a more professional appearance and reduces additional work for the team. I would also recommend calling the customer a day or so after the service to make sure everything went well. Bottom line: I am very happy, they did an excellent job both times, I will be hiring them again and do recommend them.

Carpet looked great after stretching and cleaning.

Carpets were wet for 3-4 days. After they dried stains came back.

Large room was a little wet.... but we got it dry within 24 hrs so no issues. Otherwise they did a great job with no chemical odors, actually very fresh smelling.

They were unable to work me in when I needed cleaning before a move. They were very polite and I left with a favorable impression.

Amazing, as always. Have used High Quality once before, and will never go back to Stanley Steemer or any other competitor. They do a great job, and things aren't soaked. They are friendly responsive and so wonderful. So grateful to have found them!

Work was done exactly as promised. Very efficient and professional. I plan to use this vendor to install new carpet in the Fall.

I am very, very happy. The carpet looks great. My expectations were that anything would be an improvement. We had a lot of spots and stains in the diningroom. I was unable to get them out with stain remover and my hoover steam cleaner. All of the stains came up!! I can't believe it! Kicking myself for not doing it sooner!!

They came and did a great job. My carpets never looked so great, even my neighbor commented on them.

They did a good job EXCEPT they didn't move the sectional out of the way and do beneath it.

We had to call them twice, as the first time the stairwell to the basement did not get cleaned properly. All other areas did. They were excellent in their response and assured me they would re attempt cleaning the stairs next time they are in the area and do not like an unhappy customer. The staff both times was very courteous and good. They know what they are doing. I was very afraid that that once here, like others have in the past, would say sorry will charge you more as your area is more than what we cover. They did no such thing and stuck to their word. Excellent company to deal with.

The job was well done. Shortly I bought the service, I got call to schedule for an appointment. Two guys came as schedule. It took them approximately two and half hour to finish the job. Everything was done professionally. They wore shoe covers to protect your floor. A machine which the suction pipe connected to was huge and sitting inside their company van. They explained to me what I'd need to know.

My husband was here but I had no complaints. He had no complaints.

My experience with High Quality Carpet Cleaning was AWESOME! I am now a forever customer of High Quality. I've used other carpet cleaners before, but none even came close to High Quality and how professional they were (timely, courteous, focused on doing the best job). My rugs were not only cleaned, they weren't "soaked". At one point they really worked on getting a few hard to get out spots cleaned. So amazing, and will definitely use them again!
