The person we had scheduled to stretch the carpet, who was NOT with High Quality, was supposed to come in the morning, prior to High Quality coming to clean. However, he never contacted us to confirm after our initial call to him, and never showed up. We called High Quality the day before they were scheduled to clean, and explained our dilemma. They were able to secure a person to come and stretch the carpet the next morning and then they came and cleaned both rooms. They also moved all necessary furniture. Both High Quality's office personnel and the folks who came to stretch and clean the carpets were very efficient and courteous.

It was a Big Deal purchase. There was no additional cost. It was better than I expected in terms of what they did and moving the furniture. Everything was great. It was better than I thought it would be. I had no problems with the workers at all. They were just what I expected.

Perfect! They were quick to confirm my appointment and arrived on time. They completed the work in the estimated time window. The cleaner even moved all the heavy furniture around to get as much of the carpet cleaned.

It was okay, they did sort of like bear minimum. I stayed home because I had to let them in, I cleared away as much stuff as I could like furniture and all, for the price it was worth it. They did bother sliding the sectional like into the middle of the room so they could get behind it. I figured they were carrying equipment and stuff and I kind of ducked into the other room to stay out of their way, everything else was wide open and out of their I thought that they would have at least done that but after they left I pulled it out and I saw so. They could make an effort to do the complete job, if they see something needs to be moved, move it and clean under it.

bought their deal on Angie's & made an appointment. they sent email confirmation, a reminder on the scheduled morning & came on time. he did a great job cleaning the carpeting & removing a few bad stains. very professional.

GREAT experience. They were very flexible and accommodating to schedule when it worked best for me. They called ahead and again when they were running a little behind. The job was quick and I was very satisfied with the results and professionalism of the servicers.

I prepaid for a special deal of $125 for carpet cleaning. In addition, I negotiated to pay $90 for deep cleaning of 2 sofas and 8 pillows. He did a thorough, excellent job on all surfaces. My wife was ecstatic when she came home to see the results.

It was one of the Angie's deals booked via Angie's website. At first I was disappointed because a couple days went by and noone contacted me. When I reached out I was told the date I booked on Angie was not available and they were booked a couple weeks out. But when I explained that I have buyers coming to see the house they juggled the schedule and fit me in. The technician came precisely on time and did excellent job. I will hire them again

Derrick was prompt and professional. He had gotten some stains to come out of carpet. Overall it came out very clean and smelled so much better!

the cleaning did a good job and they cleaned up nicely. I was disappointed to find out in one of the bedrooms they did not roll the bed out of the way to do under it. If I move the bed from the existing position to carpet will not look the same. Guess I don't move the bed now... Unfortunately they decided to not tell me this was the plan so for that reason they do not get a high rating. I would suggest in the future to communicate to the customer rather than not move anything prior to just cleaning around the furniture.

It went great. I had them add an extra stair and landing, and they were nice to accommodate my request. We had a small stain on one carpet (makeup), and they got the stain out nicely.

We bought the service for a new home. However, when the deal with the home became a lot more complicated at the 11th hour, I called to inform High Quality that I would need to reschedule. Jacquelyn has been super helpful and patient with the situation. With a lot of moving pieces, I feel very confident that the carpet services are one less thing to worry about. I look forward to having the work completed, because if it is anything like the customer service, I am sure it will be exceptional.

The customer service is amazing, great quality and excellent rapport with the customer, the issue is that we needed the service done before August 6th and they have not availability, then sadly we needed to cancel the deal.

Great job! This is the 2nd time I have asked Chip from Service One clean the wall to wall carpeting in my apartment, and he did a great job on some very old carpeting. He raised the pile and did a deep clean so that the carpet looks fresh and new. Chip also cleaned my sofa, arm chair, 2 benches, 4 dining chairs and queen mattress and all look and feel so much fresher. My white sofa, which is the favorite spot for 2 very hairy tuxedo cats, had stains on the arms that are now gone, along with the cat dander. Most of my furniture had never been professionally cleaned before and every piece looks so much better. He uses only green cleaning products, so I know my animals and I are safe. The whole apartment is so much fresher. I cannot recommend Chip and Service One highly enough.
