Description of Work: Purchased a deal for couch cleaning and added area rug cleaning for three rugs as well. Everything went smoothly with purchase, contact and scheduling. Representative I spoke to on the phone was very courteous and asked about the area rugs I was having cleaned and what they were made of so it could be noted. Service provider arrived and was punctual, however I was very nervous about how much water/solution he was using. Couch was done first and was SOAKED. Rugs were next and one was wool loop and there was so much water on the floor when he was done, I was afraid our newly refinished floors would buckle or be ruined. When I asked how long they would take to dry, he told me less than a day and the wool one a bit longer. It took nearly the full week for all of the rugs to dry. We had to remove them from the rooms and hang them over our deck railing to dry and not ruin our floors. | |While the job was done, it was not performed well. I still have water marks on my couch under the cushions where all of the solution gathered. I would not use this service provider again. |

Description of Work: Once we agreed on an acceptable date, I was given an ETA which the technicians met. They called while enroute and advised of some traffic problems but the delay was acceptable to me. I just appreciated the call and thought it was a very professional jesture.

Description of Work: The couch and three seat sofa were cleaned. Both pieces look like new again even though they are 6 years old. Quite an improvement.

Description of Work: Cleaning Service was unable to clean sofa and club chair located on 4th floor of building since they use their truck with hoses to clean; a portable unit would be the only way the cleaning could be done, and that is not part of their service. Online offer should indicate that criteria. Otherwise, they called several times in advance of service and couldn't have been more accommodating. Their customer service was excellent and they were very apologetic.

Not only did he move all by himself, but he found a 100$ bill and could have easily pocketed that but instead brought it to my attention! The finished cleaning was high quality and the price for these services were a great value.
