Mark the owner provided the estimate. I explained to every person who showed up for an estimate that I had an immediate need to replace 2 windows in my living room since one had cracked glass, but that I preferred to get all 12 done at once if the price and timing was right. Mark insisted on only giving an estimate for 2 windows, which I thought was weird because it would have been a bigger sale for him to do all 12. I know how to multiply the number myself and figure out what 12 would have cost, but it's the principle. He didn't measure all of the windows, which meant I'd have someone out again later to measure, and then since only one measurement would be taken (measure twice, cut once!), there might have been errors in the sizing of the windows. I think he was only at my house for a total of 15-20 minutes. If he just wanted to drop off a pamphlet and give me a quote with no measurements, he could have done that by e-mail. I was working from home anyway to avoid the Pope in Philly but, it's just the thought. Overall, I was left feeling a little confused. Ultimately I used his quote to get a better deal from a company that I liked better. The other company was familiar with Mark's work, saying his prices can be so cheap because he works out of his home so there's no overhead or something. I'm not sure if that's true since it obviously comes from a competitor, but I think Mark mentioned something to that effect as well. Any time I've had work done where I wanted quotes first, I have never settled for the cheapest price. I don't think he's a bad person or that he has a bad company or inferior product, I just didn't go with him.

Setting up an appointment for an estimate with Mark was a breeze. Seeing that we were first time homebuyers, Mark was really patient in explaining things and he was willing to really lay out how we can save money and where its worth it to spend money. When we bought our house, the existing bay window was installed poorly and was sagging, so getting a new window was first on our to-do list After the meeting with Mark and the affordable estimate, we didn't book any other meetings. Our window came about a week early, and we immediately set up an appointment with the contractor. He and his crew were on time, clean, extremely courteous. They hauled away our old bay window and installed a beautiful, energy efficient bow window in just a couple of hours. When we need more windows in our house, we'll definitely be coming back.

We are thoroughly pleased with the product and service provided by The Window Place. The work was done professionally and promptly and we love our new window! Mark came to our house on two separate occasions and spent ample time explaining all of our options and providing appropriate guidance on style and aesthetics as they pertain to our particular neighborhood and home model. On the day of the installation, the guys arrived on time and began working immediately and didn't take a break until the project was completed, and they left our house very clean. We are thrilled with our new window and the look and light it gives our room!

Mark stopped over gave me the estimate. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to listen to what we wanted and laid out the options for us in an extremely professional manner. We negotiated and closed that day. The windows were ordered after he came out to measure with his people and we got a hastle free installation 1 month later. I would highly recommend. I know I will be using them again for all of my window needs.

From start to finish Mark and his staff exceeded my expectations for the work they did and the the value of the product they installed. I shopped around for replacement windows for 4 months. I did a fair amount of research on window quality and sales gimmicks. I had 4 companies come to my house to show me their windows and to give me pricing. Mark was by far the most professional and honest of all the people I met. While the others used the gimmicks I read about (such as sign now because the deal won?t last / 5 for the price of 4 / we are doing a job in your neighborhood and you?ll benefit by getting a lower cost, etc.) Mark was the consummate professional. No games, no pressure, no. AND his price was $2,500 to $3,000 less than the other while the windows are at least the same quality. I spent an extra $500 for the triple pane, so it could have been even less. His installers are timely, professional, and clean. I highly recommend Mark. I am having him replace my basement windows and will probably have him replace my front door down the road.

With Mark's help I was able to find the company that carried the secondary window locks and I was able to replace them within a little bit over a week. All it took was about 15 minutes on the phone combined and we were all set with new locks. It could not have been easier.

Awesome. Mark the owner showed up on time for the initial appointment. Had a wide selection and samples for us to look at, touch and feel. It was much easier to see the quality versus looking at pictures in a book. The workers showed up on time when they said they would. They protected and tarped every inch of our home and when they left it was cleaner than before they showed up. After the install we had one small issue and they couldn't have been moreconcerned and helpful to fix the issue and make sure we were happy.

From the time of our first meeting with Mark Anderson (Owner of The company), we knew we were in good hands. Mark is a very low pressure salesperson and does all of the face to face sales meetings. He was very thorough examining our home and made many suggestions, which ultimately saved us money. He fully explained the product line and the process his staff would follow for the installation. Not only were the windows perfectly, custom manufactured, the installation was just as perfect. The installers were precise in all they did and protected ALL surfaces in the house. They removed and carted away all waste materials. After they completed the job, there was no sign of they're having been in and around our home, except for the new windows and trim. The exterior of our home has been totally updated and we will certainly notice an improvement, this winter when we lose all the drafts we have endured since we moved to this house. As they also do exterior siding and roofing, we will no doubt consider Mark and his crew, when we get to those phases of renovation. We highly recommend Windows Place Plus to anyone seeking perfection with the replacement of windows in their home.

We are very happy with the results. This was no ordinary window replacement. This was a custom install that came out beautiful. The windows themselves are top shelf. Mark Anderson and his installers are professional all the way. Worker were clean and on time. Job took one and half days. The trim looks great. We went with the upgraded windows which were a little more money but the rooms are cooler and quieter, air conditioner runs a lot less. Definitely would use again, highly recommended.

My new home?s windows are all foggy and spotty, and they need to be replaced. I have been trying to avoid replacing the entire window not only because it?s expensive, but complicated. My home owner association has their rules and requires their approval, requires to match the brown color outside, requires the roof and siding company to come back to check on the new window installation to make sure the no one screw up the siding so siding warranty won?t be voided. However, I have no luck in finding the manufacturer info on the window. There are some printed label but the printed information are all faded. A glass shop told my windows are indeed not insulated glass unit, they were just two panes of glass, low E on the outside and clear glass on the inside. It was the low E went bad, and the seal of on the sash cracked. The glass shop said even if they replaced the glass, same thing is going to happen in 3-5 years. No one knows who made these big sliding windows, and I have 5 of them. I lost hope and decided to go with window replacement. I searched online and found The Window Place Plus has good reviews, which they deserve by the way. So, I gave them a call on 7/14/2015. Patty took my call, she was very friendly and helpful in scheduling an appointment with the owner Mark Anderson for a free estimate. She told me the first appointment will not be available until next week. I asked if she can fit me in the next day because I already took a day off for something else. She made some arrangements and fit me right in. Mark Anderson called me before his arrival. He is a very nice gentlemen, very honest, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. As soon as he saw my windows, he was so excited to tell me he knew the manufacturer of my windows (without me asking him). He even told me there is warranty! All I need is to file warranty claim with them to get new sash. He gave me the manufacturer?s contact information, helped me measure all windows size, and tell me the model of each windows I have. Instead of selling me new windows, he was here spending an hour helping with my existing windows. When I asked Mark how much it would cost if I have to replace all these windows, he said it would be at least $3000. I highly recommend Window Place and Plus. They are just like they advertised. No high pressure salesman involved, you are dealing with the owner directly. It?s a company you can trust. This just brighten my day to know there are still some business out there willing to help people like this. Thank you Mark!

Called several window places, but the only one that was acceptable was The Window Place Plus located in Cherry Hill. The owner Mark Andrews, Sr; He was very personable and likeable right off the bat. No pressure was applied by him to make a decision that day (unlike the other Window Co. we interviewed). The Installers were here in a timely fashion (maybe even earlier) and installed the window perfectly on a hot, humid sweltering day. Mark Jr. explained how to take care of the window and it's operation. Would highly recommend The Window Place Plus to all family and friends and also found the entire company from the Owner to the Installers to be very professional. Now we are looking to order new front door (which they also offer) - they have many beautiful selections and Mark Sr. offered some excellent advice on what NOT to do with new doors that we had reluctantly done in the past with our old door.

Removed and replaced large double-pane palladian window in our foyer. The seal on our 5 year old builders original window had failed, leading to a less than pleasing look to the feature window of our home. The builder's warranty only covered the replacement unit, not the installation. Mark's team (led by Hughie) came out and carefully (slowly and meticulously) removed the failed window. Once that hard part was over, they installed the replacement unit and it looks good as new. Cleaned up as if they were never there. Throughout the entire process of working with Mark and his team I felt reassured by all of their knowledge and professionalism. End to end a great experience, and now I don't have to hear my wife complain about how crappy our window looks! Thanks Mark!.

Mark and his team worked quietly in over 90 degree heat to replace casement windows with sliders in our townhouse. All debris was cleaned up after work was completed. Was very impressed with their efficiency and professionalism, and highly recommend them.

The entire process was great. We met with a Mark Anderson a couple of months prior. He demonstrated the product and answered all of our questions. We had shopped around with other brands of windows and contractors and we ended up using Mark. Mark was professional, gave a clear explanation of what was going to happen and when. The guys that installed the windows were professional and efficient. We had a couple of very minor "adjustments" that needed to be made and they were handled promptly. We were very happy with Mark and the windows and our house looks great.

After placing my order with windows place plus, mark explained I should not be expecting my windows in 2 weeks. In fact he stated it would be at least a couple of months wait. I have to say I got a lil Ansy after the 2 months and called because I was so anxious since meeting with him and placing my order. He quickly returned my call to say he only uses certain trusted installers that are long time employees and just a little backed up from the winter. Got a call 2 days later to set the installation. . Now I have to say after seeing these (3) casement windows with my country grids any amount of wait time would have been well worth it . We are so blown away by the quality of our top of the line gorgeous windows for the price that we paid. I mean Gorgeous. From my first phone call to the woman on the phone ( who I later found out to be marks wife) to the beautiful completed installation this company is by far the most amazing company I could have ever found to buy my windows from. They are top of the line,well insulated, argon glass and guaranteed for life, we have gotten many windows since our first home 30 years ago through different companies including window wizards, and the windows or installation finishing touches could not compare in any way to this company. Cannot wait to order new bedroom windows.

Mark Anderson came out and gave me a real nice quote on a Bow Window with 4 windows opening with triple pane that was at a price that was within the prices of other contractors. He showed pictures of previous jobs and offered options that other contractors would not. Mind you that all I was asking for was a metal roof over the Bow window and to make it as low of a profile as possible. I have a Tudor face to my house and did not want to see a shingled roof as that would detract from the Tudor appeal. Other contractors only wanted to put on a square shingled roof over a Bay window as they would try to talk to me out of a Bow window. They would not listen to what I wanted... Now Mark assured me that everything was guaranteed to meet my satisfaction as the company website states it's just that i would have to wait a couple of months to get the work done. Being skeptical because of previous dealings with contractors, I reviewed Angie's List for reviews and they are consistent with the timeline which tells me something. Which is Mark is in such demand because of the exemplary work they do! I have to give kudos to Hugh and his 2 crew members on the job they did, too. Professional, timely, explained everything and Hugh paid attention to the details, check handles operate smoothly, opening & closing the 4 windows, adjusting the windows until satisfied! He even called in the manufacturer to report the handles did not work properly. He stated they did not crank smoothly. I tested it and to my determination I would have said they were normal but when the manufacturer's rep came out the following week from Ohio. He stated they were faulty too and replaced them on the spot and he gave me all the pertinent info. i.e; case no, and to call if any problems come up. That is nice to know the company stands behind its products as the warranty is also transferable to the next owner of the house. My wife is extremely pleased with the metal roof as it is barely view-able from the street and it does enhance the the Tudor. Exactly what we were looking for as we did use some of Marks suggestions for model, color, glass and sun protection. So after the job was finished in 1 day, I am writing this with such gratitude that Mark and his team delivered what was promised. Matter of fact I am sending a picture of the Bow window for him to include on his website and for future customers. Overall, Mark is an honest fellow with great recommendations and suggestions that were refreshing. Mark's team has restored my confidence in contractors. The only thing I regret is not getting my other windows done! My last comment of this review is that it is worth the wait of a couple of months for the installation. I assure you will not be disappointed! I wanted to just update with pictures...

We moved into our home just over a year ago. The last owner had every window replaced except one. This one window was original to our thirty year old home. After a year of searching, The Window Place Plus was the only company I could find that would replace one window. Everyone else said they couldn't waste their time. The owner came out and showed us a variety of windows. He helped us choose what was best for us. The cost was very reasonable. The job was performed in an hour. Thanks for helping us out.
