Typically there's an aggressive sales approach to selling exteriors and windows, not so with Window Place they are clean cut professional and personal without any pushiness. Do NOT recommend. Mark came out and seemed nice enough and while his company wasn’t the most economical, he was a good salesman and I went with the Window Place. He placed my window order on January 18, 2023. By the end of March, my order in its entirety still wasn’t manufactured. I had them install what they had and to my surprise, half of the sliding patio door was incorrect. So the two panels didn’t match. They had to reorder the door and I had to wait another two months. The Window Place blamed the manufacturer. But the real shocker is that it is the end of August 2023 and the half-moon bathroom window just got manufactured and is ready to be installed. That’s 7 months!!!! The Window Place blames the manufacturer and won’t take any responsibility. If they are selling a “high quality” window, but the manufacturer can’t even produce a window for 7 months, what does that say about the quality?? Do yourself a favor…. Use another company. And just for reference, I had 17 windows and a slider installed… the cost was astronomical not to be given the courtesy of a phone call when I requested one.

I have used Window Place plus at least a dozen times for windows, doors and siding. I have been happy with every job. Mark is extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. Their installers are fantastic. My recent job involved installing a custom entry door in to my sunroom. I couldn't be happier with the result. If quality is important to you, call these guys. You won't regret it.

It was a pleasure to do business with this company. Mark Anderson came to my house to look at 2 windows that I thought needed replacement. In the case of my garage window, he explained some very low-cost options that I could use instead of replacing the window. For the office window, he referred me to an excellent company better equipped to do the type of work required. To make a long story short, I didn’t purchase their services. But, I would do so in a “New York minute”, if I had need of a job that they are designed for. A company with their level of integrity, expertise, and excellent customer service is very hard to find. Highly, highly recommend.

From the salesperson to the installer, the company was professional and easy to communicate with. There was a delay in window delivery, as all windows were custom and everything was ordered during the pandemic. The company handled the delay wonderfully. They both communicated well and were very flexible with installation time. Their installer was prompt, detail oriented, clean and did amazing work on our house. I would hire them again and plan to if we need any windows in the future.

We had a great experience with Window Place Plus and the owner, Mark. Matt and the installation team worked hard, replacing 25 windows and cleaned up too. We are very happy with the quality of windows! The few minor issues that came up after installation were fixed right away. Could not have gone any better. Extremely quick response time. Hugh set it up late Friday afternoon and Scott called first thing Monday morning and arrived ahead of our planned time. Repair was complete in minutes. All our windows were replaced by The Window Place by the previous owner about a year before we purchased the home. The triple payne sounded reducing windows are wonderful. They are extremely energy efficient and easy to work. We had them replace our sliding door last November. The men did a tremendous job removing the old door and replacing with the new one. They are experts at insulating and customizing The appropriated trim to match the existing home trim. True professionals and craftsman. I would highly recommend The Window Place Plus Exteriors for all your window needs!

I hired this company back in 2017 to replace all my doors and windows and now 3 years later, I was having a problem with the lock on my slider. Called Mark Anderson, the owner, and he sent out Hugh this morning. He adjusted the lock and resolved the problem. Not only great work by this professional but also nice to know that after three (3) years you can still rely on them to come back and resolve any issues. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone who needs door and window replacements.

After sitting through four high-pressure sales meetings with window salesman I was ready to cancel my meeting with Window Place Plus, luckily, I did not. It was the owner of the company that came to our home, Mark Anderson. It was a very productive first meeting without any of the sales tactics. The products and services were presented, Mark left, and we had time to review our options and make an unpressured and well-informed decision. When making our final decisions, Mark offered great suggestions and insight. He worked with us as we sifted through several window styles and options. Once the windows arrived, Mark’s installation crew was great! They were professional and extremely accommodating when I threw in a last minute change request. They took their time, which, was very important to me. So far, the windows and quality of installation, are meeting what was presented when first we met with Mark. For reference – the product we chose was Compositwood by Interstate; casement style. I’ll be reaching back out to Mark in the future. The B rating for quality relates directly to the quality of the screens that came standard with the window. In relation to the quality of the window I would have expected a better screen.

Mark Anderson and his team at The Windows Place Plus did an excellent job installing 26 high quality and great looking Preservation windows at our 100 year old home in Haddon Heights. We are very pleased with the operation and look of our new windows. The fine workmanship on the construction and installation of the windows is evident every time we open them or tilt them in for cleaning. Mark was very helpful and informative in describing and recommending windows for our home. The installation team headed by Matt performed their work in an efficient and professional manner. After they left, it was as if the interior and exterior of our home did not have this extensive work performed on it. It was as clean as a whistle. They were amazing. It was a little more money than I wanted to pay, but the quality and the professional way the windows were installed were worth it. They even went above and beyond to replace the shutters I had inside, which had to be removed to replace the windows. This required a lot of time and effort on their part, and they did a really great job. Clean and neat as well

I didn't use this company, but appreciated the service call. The owner, Mark Anderson came promptly on time to look at my damaged windows. He advised that the problem was with the window/roof flashing and advised how to fix it myself. I appreciate his honesty and that he didn't try to sell me something that I didn't need. He didn't charge for the service call and I would call him again if I needed to have a window replaced

I contracted with The Window Place for a new large cathedral height picture windows for my home. The salesman/owner (Mark) who came to my home was great, explained everything and was very professional. The installers arrived on time and spent the day removing the old huge windows and installing the new ones, doing a very careful job and making sure not to damage any floors, walls or frames. Mark recommended the Low-E coated energy efficient windows, I noticed a difference in room temperatures immediately , not to mention they are beautiful & well worth the upgrade. This is a very reliable, trustworthy company who do top quality work. I'd gladly recommend them to anyone and more importantly TRUST them in my home.. A ++
