Outstanding service from Mark Anderson and his installers at The Window Place. They completed the entire job in one day and were both skilled, professional and friendly work crew. They showed up on time, cleaned up after they were done and were never too busy to answer any question that we had while they were working. Mark Anderson is a truly great, ethical and honest business owner. I would recommend his company to anyone looking for this type of upgrade for your home.

The job went very good. Hugh and Scott are real professionals. The windows and sliding door took 2 days. They were on time and clean up as the job proceeded. There was very little disruption. The entry door took about a half a day. Mark was very helpful in explaining the various products. He was not pushy. The windows and doors took about two months after the order was placed. Mark said demand is normally high for this time of the year. Enclosing, I would do business with this company in the future.

Everything went very well. I have used them to install windows and doors in three properties to date, two rehab projects and my own home. The quality, price and service cannot be beat.

We could not be happier. The entire experience was first-class. Mr Anderson was extremely knowledgeable and we were confident we had made the right choice for the product. We were notified a week in advance of the the installation start date. Work began as scheduled and was completed in three days. The installation and repairs were done by Hugh and Scott. The company personnel were friendly & professional. They were kind enough to bend back an eaves that the raccoons had bent down on the second floor. Also some rugs on the second floor were torn by mistake during installation. The company immediately defined their responsibility & initiated repair & replacement.

Mark and his team gave me a great price, installed professionally, that looks great! Everyone I worked with at the window place from Mark (the owner) himself, to the office staff, to the installers were a pleasure to deal with. I will use them again whenever I need new windows or doors.

I was extremely pleased with: 1. The quality of the windows 2. The Workers were careful, helpful, professional and efficient 3. I immediately noticed that I could set my air conditioner 3 degrees higher than usual. I usually set my AC at 76 and now at 79 degrees, I am still chilly. I can't wait to see how it saves on my electric bill 4. Windows are easy to open and look great 5. Love the lifetime warranty on labor and parts as long as I am the owner. Lifetime warranty on parts when I transfer the home ownership.

He came out and immediately knew it was not a job he could do, however, he spent the next 30 minutes brainstorming with us and calling his connections to see what our possible options may be. I think he is a straight shooter and I would use him for windows.

Mark Anderson came to my home to discuss his windows & I was very impressed with his kindness, professionalism, and knowledge. I chose his business because of that. Once the day came to have the windows & doors installed, the process went well because of Hewey, Scotty & Mark. All the workers were great & knowledgeable. The process took 2& 1/2 days. I've used this company twice so far, and plan to continue. They installed all new windows in a house I was rehabbing for sale, and also in my own home. The owner comes out to estimate the job and discuss the product, which is nice. No high pressure, just good information. The jobs were completed on schedule by a very neat and professional install team, and the finished product looks great! I Best of all, I love the windows. Just a great experience overall.

Mark is very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Unlike all other window salesman, he puts zero pressure on you to sign. No "both parties should be at home" or "today-only special" nonsense. His crew was clean, polite and on time, and the windows look great. For a price competitive with the big-box stores I have a much better product (Preservation) that will delight my tenants and serve my investment for years to come.

Mainly great--Good sales process, the installation itself went great; we love the windows. The staff was very professional. Otherwise--The caulking of the windows could have cleaner. Also, the owner was very engaged in the sales process. However, we were very surprised that he never checked-in while the work was being done or after to check on satisfaction of the work.

Whole process went very well. The 2 installers arrived when they said they would, and the actual window installation took a little less time than they predicted. They cleaned up the area so well that you wouldn't know they had been there!

I was very impressed with the salesman they sent out. He was responsive, answered all of our questions and best of all -- didn't put any pressure on us to replace more windows than we wanted. It was so refreshing! Installation yesterday went well also. Crew showed up early and I wasn't home, but they called me, were patient and waited for me. They worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves nicely. The windows look great and have a lot more features than I realized. I can't wait to clean them -- will be so much easier than my older windows. When I get around to doing more replacements, I'll definitely be using Windows Place Plus.

Installation was extremely neat. Installers were prompt, clean and again meticulous. H & M worked very hard to make sure we were happy and they went out of their way to make sure the job was done right. It's a few days since they finished and you could never tell that anyone was here......amazingly clean. The windows are great!!

Mark the owner provided the estimate. I explained to every person who showed up for an estimate that I had an immediate need to replace 2 windows in my living room since one had cracked glass, but that I preferred to get all 12 done at once if the price and timing was right. Mark insisted on only giving an estimate for 2 windows, which I thought was weird because it would have been a bigger sale for him to do all 12. I know how to multiply the number myself and figure out what 12 would have cost, but it's the principle. He didn't measure all of the windows, which meant I'd have someone out again later to measure, and then since only one measurement would be taken (measure twice, cut once!), there might have been errors in the sizing of the windows. I think he was only at my house for a total of 15-20 minutes. If he just wanted to drop off a pamphlet and give me a quote with no measurements, he could have done that by e-mail. I was working from home anyway to avoid the Pope in Philly but, it's just the thought. Overall, I was left feeling a little confused. Ultimately I used his quote to get a better deal from a company that I liked better. The other company was familiar with Mark's work, saying his prices can be so cheap because he works out of his home so there's no overhead or something. I'm not sure if that's true since it obviously comes from a competitor, but I think Mark mentioned something to that effect as well. Any time I've had work done where I wanted quotes first, I have never settled for the cheapest price. I don't think he's a bad person or that he has a bad company or inferior product, I just didn't go with him.

Setting up an appointment for an estimate with Mark was a breeze. Seeing that we were first time homebuyers, Mark was really patient in explaining things and he was willing to really lay out how we can save money and where its worth it to spend money. When we bought our house, the existing bay window was installed poorly and was sagging, so getting a new window was first on our to-do list After the meeting with Mark and the affordable estimate, we didn't book any other meetings. Our window came about a week early, and we immediately set up an appointment with the contractor. He and his crew were on time, clean, extremely courteous. They hauled away our old bay window and installed a beautiful, energy efficient bow window in just a couple of hours. When we need more windows in our house, we'll definitely be coming back.
