 + -1 moreService was efficient and clean. Minimal to no dust at all. I needed several repairs, as some of my floors were warped and stained from my pets. Price quote came in lower than two other estimates and Mr. Phong, unlike other contractors, returned my calls immediately. Floors look fantastic. Would recommend to anyone looking to redo floors.
Description of Work: Repairs to wood, sanding, refinishing and buffing, including ten stairs. Cost was $1600. Work covered 1400+ feet.

 + -1 moreMr. Phong came over same day I called for a quote and was able to work with my dates. He and his team were punctual, and the turnaround was very quick yet well done. Very happy with the work and the floors look great!
Description of Work: Refinish 80 year old floors in a 2 story twin house in Nov. '07 (this report is a bit late but still valid I think as we are still impressed with our floors).

 + 0 moreMr. Phong was recommended by a friend for the quality of his work and he lived up to his reputation. He did a beautiful job restoring old, scratched floors. He was also very responsive and understanding about delayed dates for when he could begin work, the delays being caused by painters not completing their work on time, and fit me into his schedule.
Description of Work: Refinished the hardwood floors on the first floor of my house.
