The price was good and the workers were very good. They completed the work quickly on an extremely hot day, had an excellent attitude and cleaned up the yard completely. My only issue with this company would be that McNulty twice said he would bring a proposal and start "early next week" but failed to do so and failed to call me to tell me. He had reasons why he could not begin, but should have called to let me know. Overall, he did good work.

I came home from work one rainy night and found water leaking into my 3rd floor bathroom through the fan. I called McNulty the next morning and was told someone could come out around noon. Tommy showed up around noon and caulked around the pipe connected to the fan and other areas on the roof. No more leaking anywhere.

It took a little longer than originally stated. The pitch of the roof was pretty steep. They were very nice. And the end price was in line with the estimate.

We received estimates from two companies on the list. McNulty was $500 less and included better quality materials. The quality of the work was very good and we are quite satisfied with the results. Our only issue was with responsiveness and scheduling. We left several messages before someone responded to us. When we agreed on the estimate, the shingles were delivered right away but we needed to remind them to come and sign the agreement. The work was delayed by a week because of weather but we were not notified and needed to call back to get the work rescheduled. However, once the work was begun it was completed promptly and at the estimated price. We are very satisfied with our new roof and would use McNulty again for other work.

My parents are older, and my father has some Alzheimer's, and therefore I am very particular about who performs work at their house. Dennis and his team treated them with great respect and sensitivity, even to the point where one of his team members (the same team that did my house) looked for and retrieved their kitten, who had escaped from the house during the commotion! The house looks fabulous, and most importantly, I know they will not need to worry about maintenance. McNulty did an excellent job.

My only issue with McNulty was communication. I had to call to verify they were coming and found out that my work was postponed because the guys who planned to do it were sick. I also had to call afterwards to ask for the bill. Other than that, very professional company and the communication problem is minor.

Found them on Angie's List. Called them and got an appointment for next day. Showed up as promised-bright and early. Good manners. Checked everything and gave us an estimate of $100 to fix immediately without guarantee or $150 to come back and check when raining. We opted for the latter. They came back when raining and found the issue. Then came back again when dry to fix it. Very professional. Two thumbs up.

He did a terrific job. He responds very quickly and is always on time. He put great gutter gaurds on our house. We have had no problems with our gutters since then.

He came out within two hours and gave us an estimate immediately. He did a very good job. He charged us exactly what he said he would. He was very professional.

He was very helpful, and was very knowledgeable. They were very nice and thorough with the estimate. I would use them in the future if needed. They were very professional.

I thought that their prices were excellent. They came out and were very good, and they were quick. They were professional and very respectful around my home.

Everything was done beautifully, the workmanship was excellent, the roofing was done first, a little noisy having people walking around on your roof, scraping off the old roof and installing a new one. The roof is gorgeous. I really didn't think a roof would make such a difference in how my home looked, but it really does. The rest was completed a few days after the roofing every day, the place was cleaned up before the workmen left. When the job was finished, absolutely everything was cleaned up. The owner came by to check the work and to make sure I was happy with this job. Well, I am thrilled with the quality, the price. I have highly recommended this company to friends, neighbors and co-workers. A fine company that truly takes pride in the work they do.

It was good. The price was fair. They also did a good job of cleanup. They sealed the edges of the roof. I don't know if it's going to leak anymore yet because it hasn't rained heavily.

The gentleman showed up unannounced and seemed very distracted as we were discussing the work that needed to be done. However, we did come to a verbal understanding of what I needed and I asked him to submit a written estimate which he said he would do. I provided him my name address and phone number. However, I have never heard anything back from the company. If they did not want the job they should have told me and not wasted my time or theirs.

The roof on my home was over 20 years old. They removed the original roof and replaced it. I chose this company off of the list based on their rating. They did a very nice job. The price was fair. The project was completed in a timely manner.

All work was done promptly and at a reasonable price. I would recommend them for all your roofing needs.

We called on a Monday morning and left a message. Dennis called us right back and said he would be out to give us an estimate that same afternoon. Did not show up; did not call. We had waited all day. That Thursday, I called to find out what happened, Dennis said he didn't know; he knew we had been put on "someone's list" and he thought it had been "taken care of". He did offer to come out that day, but we had 4 other estimates by then and had decided to use another company.

I had moisture in my attic, resulting in the beginning of a mold problem. I called a contractor recommended by someone. That contractor identified the problem as a leak in the roof. The estimate to repair was $3,600 which included the re-roofing of 1/3 of the house. I called McNulty who arrived the same day, looked at the problem and within minutes identified the cause as a venting issue, not a leak. He told me the 5 or 6 things that needed to be done and gave me an estimate of $800 to $1,100 depended on how two vents needed to be installed. His worker arrived the next to begin and finished the day after (in rain). It's rained hard twice since the work was done. My attic is totally dry. If I had used the first contractor, I would have paid three times the amount, and I would continue to have a wet attic.

We asked Dennis to provide an estimate for a house we were buying with a purchase + renovation mortgage. He was able to come over quickly and gave us a very reasonable and educated estimate on site. (We received three other estimates from other roofers and McNulty's was on the lower end.) Because of our financing arrangement, Dennis and his team had to provide a pile of documentation in order to get the job, a task which they performed promptly and without complaint. Once we had the house and gave them the go-ahead, they were very flexible and efficient, working quickly but thoroughly in order to get the work completed before poor weather made the roof leak a real problem. They even let us make use of their dumpster for some other work we were doing, at no cost. The whole process was smooth, worry-free (a real help given the extent of our renovations!) and confidence-inspiring. We would and most likely WILL work with Dennis and his team again.

He showed up late and with no ladder. He never did send me an estimate.

Fabulous! Mr. McNulty came over promptly and gave me a good, accurate estimate. He knew exactly what we needed, from the repairs that would need to be done to the choice of materials and even color combinations. His roofing team was working within three days. The siding/windows team arrived some time later, and worked every day until the job was done - on time and on estimate. His employees were courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They even (on their own initiative) went above and beyond the call of duty for me by bringing a large armoire that had been sitting in the garage because the movers would not take it upstairs through the double window opening , and they repaired a broken gate as well. They left the house looking picture-perfect. The neighbors were in awe! I would recommend Mr. McNulty s services to anyone.

I noticed a leak in our garage roof and called them up on Mother s Day. They came out the very next day and gave me a good estimate. They came back when they said they would and installed the shingles in a day. I was very pleased with their work.

Overall they did a great job and they were polite and very fast actually.

I called Dennis on Tuesday 7/3. He answered the phone and made an appointment to look at our roof on Wednesday, 7/4 (yes, a holiday). Initially he said he could patch a leaking area on our roof for $175. We discussed the condition of the old roof and its life expectancy. He was very knowledgeable and able to convey his concerns and recommendation in a straightforward and understandable way. As a result we opted for the full replacement of the roof. He told us the job would take 2 days. Shingles were dropped off the following Monday. On Tuesday morning the job was started. The crew stopped work around noon. They came back the next morning at 7 and were finished by 4. They cleaned up the perimeter of the house and cleaned up and removed all debris.

THIS WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE, WE HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS, AND ARE STILL UNDER WARRANTY.
