March 13, 2024 I notified the company about siding that was coming apart and a outside outlet that was disabled without my knowledge( found out when I went to plug in my leaf blower). March 28th told my parts were ordered. May 14th contacted them to find out what was going on with my parts. No answer. Also when the over priced siding and gutters were installed I complained about what looked like hundreds of nails all around my property. I have 6 grandkids and two dogs. Had to pick them up myself. Then had to triple check that they were gone so I could avoid the obvious dangers to my grandkids and pets. And the workers attempted to put siding up over rotten wood and hole that cause me to get this work done. Horrible experience over priced and poor service.

I normally don't give bad reviews or even reviews in general. I am very disappointed in this company. They came around our area and asked to set up an appointment. They stated that they will be doing a roof in the area and wanted to give our house a look. We are looking into a roof in the future, anyways. The guy who scheduled us an appointment stated that they would be out not to give us a sales pitch and would only take an hour and a half tops. The inspector.guy was on time, he was nice and very knowledgeable. Why am I giving them a bad review? They were out at our house until 1030pm in a Friday night. They pitched us a sale of $24,000 for our 1040 square foot house. and if we went with them today it was 19,000. Do better. Be respectful of someone else's time, and if you're gonna pitch me at 1030 at night on a Friday, at least give us an amount that is feasible.

One of the managers, Mike, came out to our home and was very transparent with the work that needed to be done. Someone before him tried to tell us that we needed a lot of work done. Instead of charging us for work that was not needed in order to get more money in their pockets, Mike was honest and upfront. We were happy to not have to unnecessarily spend more money than we needed to.

I was impressed with the quality of craftsmanship and the energy of the crew that did the work. I was very pleased with the project overnight/project management. I was very pleased with the knowledge and understanding that Paul Fink brought to the project. I definitely will consider Home Genius for future projects.

I had my roof replaced with Home Genius Exteriors and I am awarding this company with a 5 star experience. Home Genius Exteriors has truly lived up all of my expectations and more. All personnel were professional and the service was phenomenal. Every person had played an intricate role and the result was a smooth and efficiently run contract.Thank you to the whole team! I have no regrets and would highly recommend.

Things went smooth, there was a different crews for each part. John the project manager kept me informed all the way and made great suggestions. It came out better than I had anticipated and I am very happy with the service. The whole process went smooth.

Austin and Sam met with us and went over the whole scope of our job which is a very extensive whole home remodel. We haven’t had work done with them but just meeting with them and getting an estimate was such a wonderful experience! They were very professional, responsive to all of our needs, very on time and really listened! I highly recommend them to help with your exterior home needs!

Casey, the sales rep, was very helpful, knowledgeable and easy to work with. The roofing crew showed up on time and was very professional. They completed the job in one day and cleaned up completely. I would definitely recommend them to others for their roofing needs.

This was a great experience from quote to final approval. Casey was the epitome of customer service. She was attentive and always available for by phone or text to answer questions. Her team were professional, punctual and took pride in their work. I have no reservations recommending them.

Excellent results!!.. A few very minor bumps, but were quickly resolved with no problem. Stacey Stasenko, Sales Rep., was outstanding. I learned so much about roofing and siding I'm beginning to sound like an expert. John Reese, Project Manager, was great at making sure everything was correctly done and to our satisfaction. He returned to the site a number to time to check on the progress of each aspect of the job and stepped in to resolve the slightly little misstep. A great job. I will definitely call Home Genius Exterior for future projects.

Our sales rep, Casey Stasenko, was helpful in guiding our decision about new casement windows appropriate for resale in a couple years. No pressure to immediately commit or price would go up (common high pressure sales technique). Instead, price would hold until the new year began. She allowed me to view other online options during our meeting to compare HGE price as a baseline bc/ we needed custom sized windows. Great value and quality. Installation was flawless and did not damage the woodwork. I planned to repaint the window seals but would not have had to do this if I didn't desire to do so. Windows look great! Great crew from initial staff canvasing our neighborhood to the final installer.

The work was reasonably priced and we were so happy with the attention to detail in the carpentry, the painting and even the clean up and punch list completion. The carpenters matched the previous historic work in both style and in paint color, and even recreated a few rotted ornaments on the gable peaks. Highly recommended!

The first subcontractor that Home Genius sent out was sloppy and rushed the work. When we complained, Home Genius was very responsive and started the job over from scratch with a new crew at no cost to us. They even sent us a restaurant gift card to apologize. The second time around, the crew did great work - polite, professional, and fast.
