Joe and his team did an amazing job from start to finish. The quality of work was superior. The attention to detail evident.

The project went very well, and more quickly than expected. We removed a wall between our old kitchen and dining room and extended the kitchen to the full, larger space. Creative remodeling worked with us on a layout/design that we love. The team was there on time daily and were more neat and clean than we expected. They recommended materials that paired well with the design and look great now that everything is finished.

Joe and his team are very prompt, professional and polite. They did a complete remodel; floors, walls, cabinets, vanity tops, lights, mirrors in 2 of our bathrooms one in June 2018 and one in September 2018. Both bathrooms came out excellent. In the master bath we had a tub and shower converted to a large stall shower with rain shower head, hand held shower and body sprays and we raised the ceiling one foot. In the family bathroom we converted 2 sinks to one and had new tub, shower and shower door installed. Overall very happy with the work of Joe and his team.

The whole process was smooth from start to finish. There were no surprises. We worked in detail with Joe in every stage of the remake. He has an excellent eye for layout, decor, and style. He was patient with our indecisions and he guided us through keeping us informed of the pricing, timetable and process. We found his crew to be excellent as well and were comfortable having them in our home. I would highly recommend them and use them again.

Creative remodeling did a great job installing my backsplash exactly how I wanted it! Joe was very informative and helpful in other creative decisions for our kitchen too!

The quotation process: What I really liked about the process was that the project quote includes a breakdown of labor, basic materials and options / suggestions; everything else, such as tile, bathtub, fixtures, etc, I pay for before the project starts. The upfront visibility of the cost breakdown really allowed me to control my budget and where I wanted to spend my money. Design and material selection: Joe envisions our project as if it were his own master bathroom remodel and he listened to all of our design needs and ideas and presented many options and opportunities to us. Joe also has a great eye for design and suggested some beautiful design patterns that were incorporated into our master bathroom. We trusted him so much, that we asked him to pick out hardware and paint color for us! He accompanied us to every appointment at the tile shop and plumbing store and guided us through the process to pick out the best materials for our needs. Joe also extends his contractor's discount to his clients! The remodeling process: It is not easy to live in the same house were there is construction work going on, so it was so great that Joe and his team delivered the project on time! Joe is at the work-site daily, and makes sure to touch base with me to discuss progress and to address any concerns. Every day, his crew would lay down protective material on the floor and would clean-up before they leave. Towards the end of the project, Joe generated a punch-list, which I added to, to ensure all aspects were addressed. The crew: Jorge and Luis were professional, punctual, hardworking, courteous and respectful. I felt completely comfortable trusting them with my house, while I was at work. Our finished master bathroom exceeded expectations in every single way! I highly recommend Creative Remodeling & Design and would only use them for any other home remodeling projects.

We have had experience working with Joe Sananes of Creative Remodeling on a number of projects – guest bath, master bath, and a new second-floor laundry room. He recently completed a full kitchen gut-renovation along with the great room and powder room, including installing new wood floors in the family room that seamlessly blended into existing wood floors in the kitchen area. Joe is the consummate professional and it has been a pleasure to work with him. From our first project with him, we knew we had found our renovation partner. Joe is a good listener and truly wants to satisfy his clients. Joe and his crew did an outstanding job of designing and remodeling our kitchen. Our house is charmingly old, and we wanted the charm maintained. The kitchen presented structural challenges that Joe was able to rework into functional and esthetically pleasing areas. Joe's design preferences lean toward the modern, but he collaborated with us to create a country kitchen that is a joy to work in. His crew took a great deal of pride in their work and were a delight to have in or home. They completed demolition in one day and totally redid the kitchen in less than 4 weeks. Joe was also very helpful in guiding us to vendors for appliances, granite, etc.

It went very well. Joe, owner of the company, and his team are very professional, very friendly, very trustworthy. We had him first remodel our guest bathroom, and then had him back to remodel our master bathroom. They did a great job both times. Joe is a good listener and addresses any concerns you may have with your job. He will suggest something and give his advice, but will always listen to your ideas as well. I deal with contractors in my professional capacity all over the US on commercial projects and Creative is as good as any I have ever worked with. From the quotation process to punch list completion, Joe and and his guys were professional, creative, friendly, hard working, punctual, and with great attention to detail. Joe said it would be three weeks worth of work , and it was exactly three weeks. There was not a single day that Joe's guys didn't show up on time and work a full day. Each day they laid down protection and cleaned completely before they left in the evening. And it was the same two great guys who did the work every day so there was no missed communication in having different workers. Joe not only executed the project perfectly, but worked closely with the designer to make recommendations for aesthetic and functional improvements. The final result was fantastic-a quality project in every aspect, everything we could have hoped for-but the process was equally as satisfying as the result. I plan to use Creative for my kitchen redo as well.

We couldn't be happier with our master bath remodel. Joe,the owner of Creative Remodeling, was a pleasure to work with. He really collaborated with us on a design that met our needs and taste, gave valuable guidance on our selection of materials, and promptly addressed any concerns. Joe does excellent work. He has done other projects for me such as completely redo a bathroom and I would highly recommend him. Workmanship is excellent.

Joe is a nice guy and gave us a fair price. We did have to wait for him which we were O.K. with. The work was finished on time and he did come back to fix some issues we had. We have a minor issue with one of the tile grout lines and when i sent it to Joe he said it was part of the tile which it clearly isn't. I will have someone repair it. The main issue i had with him was the mis measurement of the amount of tile we needed. he said we needed 7 boxes which i felt was too much based on previous job but he is the professional so we ordered 7 boxes. We have 2.5 left over which can not be returned at $82 per box. Joe told me he would buy back 2 boxes for $100 total which i agreed to and thanked him. He never came back to get it and when i finally got him on the phone he said he does not want the tile at that price. He was the one who gave me that price. The work was well done except the minor tile issue and if he would have followed thru with fixing the one grout line and picked up the tile which he promised things would have been much better. He lost me as a referral source and customer all over $100 and a grout line. So silly. Just be very careful if you use him that he does what he promises which he did not do for me.
