The team’s work right from designing to the finishing details was exceptionally outstanding. Joe and Kim were knowledgeable and insightful with the designing process. Joe’s help in selecting materials was invaluable and very much appreciated. Quality and workmanship of the project was way beyond our expectation. Armando and George were incredibly helpful and hardworking during the construction. And Joe’s whole crew were a pleasure to work with. Joe transformed our downstairs into a beautiful oasis which will enjoyed for years and years. I would highly recommend Creative Remodeling & Design.

Creative Remodeling did a wonderful job from start to finish. They designed the bathroom and provided renderings, which was extremely helpful with visualization of the finished product. The team at Creative Modeling & Design / Cabinet Design Center did a great job. The design phase was very valuable, where we visited their showroom to select cabinets and other materials as well as discuss to the potential layout. They visited our home several times to take measurements and to develop their proposal. We then returned to their showroom to review the detailed rendering of the proposed kitchen layout on a flat screen that allowed for onsite changes as we discussed the project. This allowed for an exact rendering and measurements for ordering of materials and then the construction phase. during all phases of the project we had access to Buildertrend - a computer data base that allowed us to track approved projects, change orders as well as the project finances. Finally, the construction team did a great job. They worked very diligently to ensure that construction was organized and safe. They worked efficiently and cleaned up at the end of every day. Job site decisions were made based on well thought out design considerations as well as feasibility of the suggestions. Our kitchen is beautiful.

The process of designing and renovating our kitchen with Creative Design and Remodeling/Cabinet Design Center was nothing short of exceptional. From our preliminary meeting to design consultation, and finally renovation, the entire customized experience exceeded our expectations. The design and construction team leveraged extraordinary creativity combined with masterful craftsmanship to create a meticulous and exquisite final product. They were always prompt, courteous, and professional, becoming part of our family and routine for the three weeks of construction. Throughout the process, they were responsive to all our inquiries, concerns, and ideas. We loved our experience with Creative Remodeling so much that we are going to have them do our next project. From our initial visit from Joe and Kim to review the job, meetings in their brand new showroom, suggestions and recommendations on selections and products, on site visits, through the punch list (which was only three minor items that they cured on the spot), this team brought our vision to life. Our project was a complete kitchen renovation and the end result is dazzling. We went from a dingy old fashioned kitchen to a bright modern high tech kitchen in exactly four weeks. They promised me three to four weeks and that is what they delivered. The crew arrived early every day. They were respectful and even our dogs liked them! Joe visited to check on the job at least two times a day. When the job required additional muscle, a call was made and within minutes additional resources were made available. We were more than impressed by Joe and his team. We would highly recommend them for any of your home projects. We can’t wait to start our new project!

Creative Remolding worked on a huge project for us. We recently purchased a new home and Joe and his team converted an empty studio space into a beautiful master suite, which included building a master bathroom from scratch. We weren’t surprised that it would come out amazing as Creative Remodeling had previously redone three bathrooms and one kitchen in my parents’ home. But as with many major projects such as ours, lots of unexpected issues popped up. Joe helped us navigate through these issues, and helped us to make decisions that in the end we were extremely happy about. Joe gave his honest opinion but was never pushy. He did whatever he needed to do to get the job done to our satisfaction. The workmanship and attention to detail of his team is impeccable. For example, part of our project included laying individual small tiles and the team took the time to make sure that everything matched up perfectly. Our realtor came to see the finished space and commented on how unique Joe’s design ideas were. We could not be more pleased with the finished project. Creative Remodeling will not disappoint!

Joe Sananes and his company Creative Remodeling & Design is one of the finest contractors I've had the pleasure of working with. This is the second large project that he has done for us over the past few years. Words that Joe will never say are: "No"; "I won't (can't) do that". What you will hear are "We'll make it work!"; "I want my customer to be happy"; "That's a great idea, how about if we do this...to take it to the next level". His thought process is impeccable and he has never led us astray or down the wrong path. His (and his crews) craftsmanship lives up to the standard of perfection. One of the amazing things we like about Joe is the personal pride that he takes in both his work and the satisfaction of doing everything he can to satisfy the customer. Last minute changes to the plan--no problem. Will it make you happy? Let's do it! If it were possible to post photos, I would be proud to show you what an incredible transformation he accomplished for us. I could not recommend any contractor better suited and versed in completely a project. He is tops in our book.

This was the third project that Creative remodeling has completed for me. I truly love the way that Creative works. Creative gives a detailed description with pictures of your project before and after completion. They are very punctual, They maintain excellent communication through the project. One can make changes to include additions or deletions during the project. Joe pays attention to detail and provides quality control and supervision of the entire project. Joe is very knowledgeable. He has an eye for detail and design. He makes you project one of a kind and special. I will not have any other company but Creative complete projects for me.

A couple months ago (January), Joe and his team worked efficiently over a 2-week period in recreating our hallway bathroom. From full gutting to complete remodel, the results were beautiful and we love it. We especially appreciated Joe's design perspective and vision, communication, patience, and his willingness to go the extra mile for the customer. We have no hesitation in recommending Joe and his team! As a bonus, he's just a great person and his passion truly shows in his work and customer-focused attitude.

We used Creative Remodeling & Design to remodel our kitchen a couple years ago and they did such an amazing job that when it came time to do our master bathroom we went straight to them. Joe offers such great design suggestions and knows all of the newest trends and features. There are so many details and decisions to make when getting your bathroom done that it can be overwhelming, so I looked to Joe for guidance on many things and our bathroom turned out amazing! He made our shower bigger than we thought possible with our layout and we even got to have a huge floating bench and linear drain. Being able to do the linear drain gave our bathroom the feeling of being larger since we could have the same seamless tile in the bathroom going into the shower. We love that the accent lighting turns on automatically as we enter the bathroom and we have a heated floor that we can adjust the schedule and temperature for. The workers showed up each day on time and were very professional. They also kept our house as clean as possible during the renovation. There was always a project manager that I could go to if I had questions or concerns about something, and of course Joe was there almost every day to keep me updated and in the loop with the project as well. (He is also very personable and funny.) In conclusion, we had another great experience with Creative Remodeling and are happily enjoying our new bathroom every day!

Creative Remodeling and Design specializes in kitchen and bathroom installations and makeovers. It doesn’t matter if you have a small or big job, they’ll offer affordable solutions beyond anything you could imagine. They did a fantastic job transforming our small bathroom that hadn’t been updated in 50 years. They replaced everything, floor to ceiling and swapped out the old porcelain tub for a glamorous tile and glass shower. They tiled plaster walls and replaced the linoleum floor with fashionable large porcelain tiles. We already had a complete design and had purchased almost all of the materials before we met Joe, the owner. From our first meeting to clean up on the very last day, he and his crew surpassed our expectations in so many ways. Joe offered helpful design suggestions in the beginning and throughout the entire process. He provided additional options in the estimate and we incorporated some of those as the project progressed. The workmen focused on ensuring every detail met specifications. They measured and corrected tolerances sometimes within 1/16th of an inch. The entire space has been greatly improved- even areas we can’t see (behind the walls and under the floors). There were quality assurance checks every step of the way. Communications were frequent and always welcome. There was always a supervisor on site and the team put in a full day’s work each day. Every worker was accountable and very knowledgeable about his responsibilities and areas of expertise. Creative Remodeling and Design did all of the required work and more for a very reasonable price. We highly recommend Creative Remodeling and Design and they are the only choice for our future projects. Their customer service focus is second to none. Joe’s integrity is evident in the way that he stands behind his work and those values are clearly shared by his crews. They have multiple ongoing projects yet they always gave the impression that our small job was just as important as all of the others. They never delayed any aspect of our remodel to work on something else. Joe schedules everything and everybody so efficiently. The new bathroom is absolutely breathtaking and we could not be happier. I could say so much more about how great it was working with Creative Remodeling but you should see for yourself.

Joe Sananes and his team did a fantastic job doing a complete gut renovation of our kitchen. He was great to work with and we had constant communication the entire time. He handled all issues and never directed us to a subcontractor. Quality of work is top notch. He has strong design capabilities as well. He tends to lean towards high end materials and isn't the cheapest, but the attention to detail and quality of work is worth it, And he will work with you to stay within budget. He can accomplish anything you ask. His crew worked efficiently and finished basically right on time (a few days extra due to material delay). We would definitely recommend his company and work with him again.

Communication was very good. Called at least once a week; if not more. Saw him at least once or twice a week. Actually stopped by one weekend just to see my husband to get his feedback. His design style is amazing. Our bathrooms are so beautiful! Also didn’t cash last deposit until the last few small items were completed and we were satisfied that the job was complete. Will definitely be hiring them again.

Joes approach was different from the get-go. He only quoted us for the work inside the walls. The larger materials were controlled by us with Joe's guidance and discounts. The thing I really liked about working with Joe was his patience and desire to make sure we were happy. He has done so many remodels that he has the vision and foresight to know what will and won't work and he will gently guide you in the right direction to make sure you have no regrets. Joe and his team went to great lengths to minimize the mess associated with a major remodel. Their attention to detail was excellent and Joe was responsive to all questions and concerns during the project. My wife and I were very comfortable with Joe's crew Alberto and Armando. They always showed up on time and were very respectful towards our family and our home. We absolutely love our new master bathroom it came even better than expected. We are looking forward to working with Joe again on future house projects.

My wife and I met with four different contractors over a six-month period to review our plans for a complete renovation of our second-floor master bedroom suite – which included our bathroom and walk-in closet. We built our home in 1985 so there was no question that there had to be a dramatic makeover. We eventually selected Joe Sananes, the owner of Creative Remodeling & Design, NOT because he agreed with our architectural plans – but rather because he made alternative recommendations that actually proved to be superior. As the project progressed, we learned that Joe has a distinct and very detailed “vision” that is in fact creative. He transformed our project into a veritable “Better Home & Gardens” showcase. Joe also has an excellent staff of professionals who, as he promised, provided meticulous workmanship. They also left the worksite in immaculate condition when the project was finished. The new bathroom has been transformational to improving our home and lifestyle. We waited a long time to realize the creation of our dream bathroom. Joe and his dedicated crew were essential in making and building designs that were achievable under the difficult challenges of fixing a house built in 1952. Thank you for everything. I have waited six months to write this review to see if the excitement and thrill would last. Indeed it does!!! I experience a great mood and feeling upon entering the Zen Bathroom. The gorgeous stonework walls and counter along with the heated floor and towel rack start my day like visiting a lovely spa. Joe has made leading our lives so much better. My wife and I couldn’t have done this without his support, understanding and help. You are a very special person!

Joe was an absolute pleasure to work with! From the first night we met with him in our home we felt that we would be in good hands. In addition to being a very warm, friendly and reassuring man he was very insightful in helping us plan out the project in the most efficient and economical way. He assured us that we would not pay a million dollars but the finished project would look like we did. We started out planning to do a kitchen renovation but we actually extended the project to include most of the first floor. The work done by the Creative Remodeling team was absolutely top notch. The team was courteous and professional, they worked fast and efficiently and the end result is spectacular. Where Creative Remodeling really went above and beyond was by providing continuous consultative support throughout the process. Joe always steered us in the right direction and helped us with everything from materials to styles to color palette. He made us feel comfortable and confident throughout a potentially overwhelming process. I recently hired Creative Remodeling to remodel my upstairs bathroom. Joe and his guys were great to work with and did an amazing job! Joe's design expertise really helped us get the best use out of the space, and his crew worked tirelessly (even through the holidays). They were responsive, punctual, and very hard working. Even after some problems were discovered during the demo (poor piping, leaking roof etc), Joe and his guys stayed on track and got the job done on time and on budget. The bathroom looks great and I would definitely hire them for future projects and recommend them to others. Overall great experience with Creative Remodeling.

I’ll keep this simple and direct—I figure whoever is reading this review wants to cut through the words and get to the facts. So here goes…. My bathroom was about 10 years overdue for a rehab. While shopping at The Tile Store in Moorestown, I picked up a list of suggested tile contractors. I studied online reviews of several of these contractors, but one stood out—Creative Remodeling & Design. My first meeting with owner Joe Sananes went great. I felt comfortable with Joe right away. He had great ideas and advice for our project. Within a week, we had a written estimate. There was nothing tricky about the job’s price estimate. The contract was clear. It spelled out what any extras would cost—special doors, glass shower enclosure, in-wall medicine cabinet etc. Basically we paid for anything outside of the walls: Vanity, fan, tile, toilet, etc. No surprises. CR&D is a busy company and it took a while to get on their docket. Since we were willing to have work done during the holiday season, they started work sooner than expected. The crew was professional and hardworking. Raphael was our main man. He was at our house every day by 8:00 am and worked until close to 6:00. Raphael is an artist when it comes to tile, matching sections in ways I would have never thought to. Every night they cleaned up. Our house is old and there were a few unexpected hold-ups, but I feel the cost of that extra work which was needed to remedy structural problems, was fair. I also feel that because of Joe’s experience and knowledge these problems were dealt with efficiently. Joe helped me pick tile (yes, at The Tile Store) and had great design ideas. I know that my project looks better because of Joe’s involvement. I enthusiastically recommend Joe and Creative Remodeling and Design for your next project. We will be moving to our next project very soon and Joe and CR&D will be our choice.
