They are generally very responsive and they've done good work and their pricing is fair. I like their service. They are better than most other contractors that I work with.

Woke up to find my basement flooded by broken water heater. Called Pipe Works on recommendation of relative who had used their services. Receptionist (not a machine!)answered promptly, asked if I knew how to turn the water off, and said someone would call right away. Serviceman called me back within 15 minutes and told me he would be there that day. (This was a Saturday). He arrived on time, assessed the problem, and advised me he would call later with an estimate, and description of the work, which he did. The only disappointment was that the water heater needed was not in stock, so had to be ordered and could not be installed until Tuesday. A crew arrived early on Tuesday and installed the heater and cleaned up well. I had some questions about the heater, called their main number during the installation and was quickly connected to the owner, Paul Giglio, who answered all my questions in a friendly and knowledgeable manner. I would definitely recommend this company.

The person that came out was nice. He did the work quickly and it seemed like he did the service required.

After having two other providers out, both of whom were useless and costly and who didn't fix the problem, I called these guys. They initially sent a guy out after hours and didn't charge me the after hours rate, and he spent about 2 hours on it - This cost 99 dollars only, which was fair, since it was supposed to just be a thermocouple. He tested the boiler and realized it was the gas valve. He ordered one, and they kept me posted regularly on when it would be in (my boiler has tough to find parts...). The part arrived Friday, and the lady called me to say he would come Saturday (again no extra). He was supposed to be here at 8:30, he showed up at 8:15, and was done by 9:30. I used the Angie's list coupon and saved 10%. In terms of aggravation and service, this alone paid for my Angies membership. This is the ONLY plumbing and heating provider I will ever use again.

my lennox furnace of 20 years old was inspected. J. Dorieux was very thorough with his inspection, explained to me what to look for in such an old furnace. He also looked at my humidifier and water heater connections since it's all next to my furnace. Plus, gave a quick check on my old (non working) water softener and connections. He answered all my questions. Informed me on what to expect in the future and very rough estimates on how much it will cost to repair or replace furnace. I will definitely use Pipeworks Services Inc again in the spring when its time to check my central AC compressor.

They did a first class job, with professional employees. I would recommend them to all.

Pipe Works installed my tankless hot water system and it's good in a way because it helps us save money. It only turns on when you really need the hot water, like a needed type of thing, so there's no waste. I like Pipe Works experience in selling a specific product because you're going to just get the product with the right dealer and they are one of the direct dealers for that product. We had a minor problem with the installation and we called them right away and they came the following day and they solved the problem. If I have another project that requires product installation I maybe would use them again, but right now I won't see them in a couple of years or until I have a problem with my tankless hot water system.

Estimator arrived on time, did a thorough job, explained the work involved in detail and provided a timely estimate.The technician that installed the unit was professional, explained the work in progress and left the space clean when he was completed. The tech was very friendly and provided a thorough orientation of how the water softener unit operated and how it needed to be maintained.

The plumber who came to the house was punctual, cleanly dressed, communicative, and effective. It's been 18 months since he fixed the faucet and there hasn't been a problem with it. He also advised me on how to stop a toiler from running, rather than perform any work on it. His advice worked and it saved me the cost of an unnecessary repair.

Gas Furnace broke on a Friday night. Called in my previous repair man, he was unable to diagnose the specific issue charged me for a service call and informed me had to order $1500 worth of parts (new circuit board and new gas regulator) which would take a week to get here and install. We spent the weekend without heat. Monday I called in Pipeworks for a second opinion. Pipeworks were there within 2 hours, the technician tested and determined the issue was with the igniter and replaced it on the spot. He also gave me sound advice regarding my damper system which is also older and future replacement furnace. They also have a $20 coupon on line which I used. Thank you to Pipeworks - otherwise we would have spent Thanksgiving in the COLD!!!!!!!

Our water heater broke over the weekend and I called Pipe Works because they were listed on the Rheem website as an authorized service provider. I couldn't have been happier with my experience. They talked to me over the weekend and showed up during the hours they said they would. They replaced the hot water heater. The plumber was professional, neat, really nice and did a great job. I am going to use them for seasonal service as well now that I know how reliable they are.

Excellent service. Professional, punctual and thorough. They will explain everything that they do, and are eager to answer any and all of your questions. Both gentlemen who visited us were pleasant and knowledgeable. Made us feel very comfortable with the status of our thermostat systems.
