Description of Work: We had our wrap around porch reroofed and built in gutters lined. Novalis came as soon as we called to give us an estimate and received a written estimate a few day later. They came when they said they would. Finished in 2 days and did an excellent job roofing and cleaning up. Very happy with their work. They also replaced some rotten boards for a minimal extra charge that they told us about in the estimate. No surprises.

We just needed some flashing repaired around the chimney, but it was going to cost $300 to get them out there to do that, so we just paid the extra $50 to do the full maintenance. That included inspecting and resealing all flashing and roof vents, fixing any broken shingles, etc. It seemed like a good deal, but it's hard t otell--and I'm not getting up on the roof to check out the work!

+ -1 moreThey were responsive and very professional. I called them, and they came out, scheduled to fix it and did it in the time frame they gave us. They said exactly what they were going to do, and they came out and did it. I thought they did it in a very quick and responsive way. They were good, and I have had no complaints about them. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future; I probably may have to replace my roof, and I am going to use them.

+ 0 moreThey did an excellent job just as contracted and in a very timely manor. I would highly recommend them.
Description of Work: We had our original roofer, this company, repair damage to our shingles after a March high-wind storm of this year. We had to wait until the chimney was repaired (also damaged during this storm) before Novalis could replace missing roof shingles and, where needed, seal the flashings. The original roof was installed in December of 1989. The GAF Timberline roof shingles and labor are guaranteed for 30 years. The above instance due to storm damage is only the second time since 1989 that we have needed any repair to the roof. In December of 2009 we had the roof power washed to remove mold, etc. that had accumulated over the years.

+ -1 moreCompetitive priced, never pressured me nor any hard sell. Promised start date and was right on time. Explained the process, how many crew, trucks, material, everything in advance. I know I was dealing with an honest company. Boss was on-site everyday and crew chief was experienced and always polite. No damage to shrubs or lawn. Careful not to hurt anything and left the place clean every evening throughout job.
Description of Work: Replaced entire roofing shingles after removal of old roof. Needed new plywood repair to some sections. Replaced old skylights with new opening windows (5). Flashing around chimney. Replaced all gutters and leaders for entire roof. Even shingled the little garden shed to match. Flawless workmanship.
