"Where do I start... First to know this company is not BBB accredited. Contacted Harris as I was having A/C trouble in the middle of a heat wave. A representative promptly came out did a quick evaluation and stated it would be best to replace the unit instead of basically putting a stop gap to fix the problem. I agreed on what needed to be replaced and at the time was appreciative of the prompt service. Additional work had to be installed downstairs to update what was an older configuration of the home. Unfortunately, nothing was addressed upstairs in any of the rooms. Air vents, returns, flow system. The representative reached out to finance and I agreed basically over the phone and via mobile device to approve for terms of the transaction and work. The finance representative did not come out to my home which I was told by Harris should not have happened."

"Stellar service from a company with a well-earned reputation for solid workmanship. These guys are the real deal. Ramon was exceptionally knowledgeable and spent a great deal of time explaining what needed to be done. Once I signed the contract, everything happened at lightening speed. The servicemen showed up on time, were careful to not damage the doors, walls, or hardwood floors when they hauled in the new gas boiler and water heater, and left the basement in spotless condition. After I sold the oil stored in my old oil tank, Horizon was out the very next day to cut up the tank, clean the inside of it, and haul it onto the driveway for inspection. Not a single drop of oil was spilled. They are that meticulous about their work. A shout out not only to the remarkably zenlike Ramon, but also to Robert, who patiently and respectfully dealt with an unnecessarily finicky inspector."

"Do not hire these people they will rip you off. Just had my mother's heater /AC looked at. He claims it blew his Transformer. But yet he put it back in the box. I Googled the Transformer only cost 30 to $40. He claims it cost $500. Job still isn't complete have to come back and possibly replace the circuit board that was blown due to power surge. She just paid over $700 and some dollars for a Transformer that blew went back with him in box, and the service call that is insane these guys are ripoff artists. If it wasn't for her I would have sent that guy packing. Have them give you an itemized breakdown list of what's wrong and how much stuff costs cuz these guys are thieves. Better yet don't use them find someone else. PS if they read this and they probably will yes it's true and you know it."
