We are planning to sell our house, so Mike was very honest and helpful in offering advice regarding what work was and was not necessary, and we felt we could trust him when he told us certain work wasn't needed in order to sell the home. All in all, we are very pleased with the work Mike did. The lines where he painted and grouted are very clean, and it is clear that he took his time to make everything look perfect. He went above and beyond what we asked for-- for example, he moved and smoke detector from the center of the room to a more discrete location, as well as installed new trim between our kitchen and dining room floor without charing us! Mike was very professional, friendly and responsive. He made every effort to work with our schedule, and extremely communicative--he texted and emailed us each day he worked for us to let us know when he would arrive and leave. He also made sure to inform us of what to anticipate and expect regarding the work being done. We have an infant, so he educated us about exposure to chemicals in the paint and grout so that we could plan to be out of the house. Overall, Mike was very kind and respectful of our home. Much time and care went into set-up and clean-up. He is a warm and honest person, and it's nice to look at the work he did and know it was done with diligence and care. We plan to use him for future projects, and have already recommended him to our friends!

Mr Fix It (Mike) did a timely and extremely professional job at the house which we recently bought. Our dryer was venting into a bucket in the basement. He drilled through the wall and vented the dryer to the exterior. We have had no problems and the job looks great. Mike and his team also installed new gutters (with gutter guards) for the entire house. They look great and the gutters have held up perfectly throughout a brutal first winter. I rated the price "good" because Mike doesn't cut corners on the work he does. He won't do a sloppy job for cheap, and he's good about explaining why anything needs to be done. When replacing our gutters, for example, he replaced fascia board where it was rotting but left others where it would hold. We are currently going to work with Mike again to repaint our bedroom, fix up some of the drywall, and install a new closet. I would recommend Mr Fix It for any homeowner who is looking for quality improvements that will last at a good price. We are very confident in the quality of the job he will do.

I contacted Mike of Mr. Fix It to provide me with a rush estimate for a FHA mortgage for mother's house. He was very professional, friendly and responsive in providing the estimate I needed. Unfortunately someone outbid him slightly. I would, however, use his services in the future and would recommend him to service your repairs needs.

Mike was very responsive in responding to my telephone call on a Sunday night and notified me when he was coming in advance. Mike came with all the tools, diagnosed the problem and quickly fixed the problem. Very professional.

Mike showed up on time, fully prepared with all the tools and supplies needed to get the job done in one day. In my opinion repair work requires more skill than new installation, and Mike has the skill and patience to do repair work without making it into a major project. At the end of the project the area was left clean and all debris carted away. Mike is very personable and a good converationalist if you want an explanation of the work and viable alternatives. If you want work done on your home by a quality contractor at a fair price, you should consider Mike. I have his card on my refrigerator for future work.

It was a great experience. Mike was a complete professional. He was responsive in all communication. He quickly gave us an estimate for the job and did high quality work. From the first time I contacted Mike through the completion of the work, this was one of the best contractor experiences I have had. We intend to use Mike for future jobs - big and small - as we know that he will communicate with us, and do quality work for a good price in a reasonable amount of time. And you can't ask for much more from a contractor.

Mr Fix It NJ came to me highly recommended by a realtor. Mike arrive punctually (at the time agreed) and we did a walk through my house to show him all the areas that needed attention. I found Mike extremely professional, friendly and attentive. Hearing his responses to the work that needed doing, I very quickly felt confident in his ability, his integrity and certain that he would do an excellent job. Which he did. A quote came through very promptly after our initial meeting which I was very happy with. Mike and his team worked extremely hard each each day and late into the evenings to complete the work. They approached the work with great care and were extremely thorough. I was thoroughly impressed and delighted with the quality their work. My deck looks brand new! In my experience as an Interior designer and stager, I thought the quality his work, pricing and customer service far surpassed any other such companies that I have worked in the past. I will continue to recommended his company to friends and colleagues and will definitely be using him again for my own jobs in the future.

We are planning on using him again for 2 larger jobs involving carpentry, painting and tilework-that says it all.

When I first called Mr. Fix it he responsed quickly and was very courteous. He fully explained what needed to be done in detail. He is neat and clean. After any job he did he made sure he cleanned everything. His prices were better than other estimates I received. I would fully recommend him to anyone. I have had bad experiences with contractors but Mike makes those feras go away

Very well - very well!!

I rearranged my scheduled to be here at that time and would have appreciated a courtesy call at the very least. Stay away from this company.

My request for an estimate was responded to the same day. Mike was able to accommodate my schedule inasmuch as I needed work done in the evening, after I returned home from my job. He generally arrived as promised and if he could not make a planned day, would call to let me know. He was also very good at noticing subtle signs pointing to larger problems, e.g. an abnormality in a wall that indicated water damage. The quality of his work was good and it was easy to discuss issues and possible approaches to correct them. I would recommend his work.
