We were very happy with all of the work that was done on our house. Mike replaced the all the old gutters which had been damaged by ice dams with new, sturdier gutters and leaders. Each of the paint jobs as well as the work on the deck was very professional. I highly recommend him for any job you need done on your home. He explains what he is going to, and the job is always done when promised.

Mike is a consummate craftsman! I am a real estate agent so I know what I'm talking about when I say that the quality of Mike's work is head and shoulders above everyone else. He is thoughtful and innovative and a genius when it comes to solving difficult repair problems. We had a major leak into our kitchen from our upper deck. Other contractors told us we would have to remove the deck at a cost of thousand of dollars. Mike worked tirelessly to successfully fix the leak without removing the deck and saved us a bundle! No job is too big or too small for Mike. We have used his services for years and recommend him to all our real estate clients. He is the best.

I reached out to Mr Fix It to get a quote(s) on a few jobs and he replied almost immediately and we scheduled him to come out the upcoming Saturday morning for the quote. Mike arrived on time and the quotes he provided were reasonable. He also didn’t try to upsell or use any scare tactics to convince me to have more work done than I actually needed. He treated the jobs like he was working on his own home. I will definitely hire him again in the future.

Mike does excellent work- he’s precise, timely, efficient and does excellent, detailed work. He always completes the job as promised and tidies up upon finishing. I highly recommend.

Excellent Job! We had plumbing leaks (multiple leaks over 2 days) in our family room ceiling and Mike was prompt in providing a written estimate for repairing the ceiling and painting the large room including wainscotting and a sliding door. This is the first time that a contractor sealed the area fully when sanding and we had NO mess to clean afterward. Super clean and neat and professional work performed when promised at a reasonable cost. I don't usually write reviews but am for Mr. Fit It NJ - I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Needed someone quickly as house was being sold. Mike called and I explained what was needed. He asked I send a photo of the area and he then sent me back a photo of what could be done. I liked his idea and he booked an appointment immediately. Mike arrived when promised and had the job done quickly and professionally. Would highly remommend.

The work was completed quickly and the workmanship was very good. The handyman showed up when scheduled and did the work as discussed.

Excellent service! Rain was leaking in through a window, caused by blocked gutters. I contacted Mike via the app and he responded quickly (even though it was a holiday weekend); we set an appoint for the next business day. He and his colleague completed the work quickly and efficiently and cleaned up afterwards. The rate charged was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to hire Mike again in the future.

Mike was prompt in coming out to give an estimate on the job. I hired him right away and he told me he would come by the next day to do the repair. He called me later on to apologize that he would not be able to make it the next day after day, but would come by the following day. He was true to his word and the repair was completed. He was a very nice gentleman to speak to and even took the time to look at my garage door, which was not operating at the time.

Good overall. Mike is clearly very knowledgeable and has a lot of respect for the work he does. He promptly got back to me which seems to be rare for contractors, and he got me an estimate the same night. I am in the process of trying to buy a home and he was very upfront and honest about some of the challenges I might face. I would not hesitate to hire him for the job.

Mike was excellent - prompt, professional, efficient but thorough. Did a nice job fixing the lock and cleaning up afterwards. A little pricey, but you get what you pay for. Would definitely hire him again.

Mike always performs this and other tasks around my home exceptionally well. He understands construction, which helps him to identify and correct issues when they arise. I have the gutters cleaned twice each year. He includes flushing the gutters out when performing the job. I would recommend him for both this service and other household issues and upgrades.

Mike from Mr. Fix It did high-quality work on a difficult bathroom project that others did not want to address. He did it quickly and at a reasonable price.

Great! Mike cleaned our gutters and unclogged our spouts. Thanks to this, it eliminate the buildup of icicles on our gutters after snowfall.

This is an updated review on October 10, 2016 (Original review posted on July 25, 2016) Mike contacted me a couple of weeks after my posted review to let me know he had an accident. As such, we scheduled the kitchen pantry job for September 23rd. It took a total of 8 days to complete because no detail was spared. Mike takes pride in his work, is meticulous and ensures his guys leave no mess behind at the end of the work day. The job was completed today, and we are extremely satisfied with the outcome! Thank you Mr. Fix It (Mike and team)!!

Excellent job. Mike and his team got the job done within a week. They were also able to use some siding I had in the garage, left over from the former home owners, and in using these, saved me over a hundred dollars. I would definitely recommend Mr Fix It and use them again.

Mike, was thorough, on time and professional. He is very busy, it took a couple of calls to get a response, but the job was done and will definitely use him again.

This provider did not listen to instructions. We did not have an a.m. appointment but he showed up first thing in the morning when I was getting ready for work. He had told me that he could only do work during the evening. This was why I was so surprised when he showed up first thing in the morning. I was very clear with my schedule and we agreed that he would show up tonight. He then called and cancelled with no explanation.

If you want all the details taken care of, then definitely have Mr. Fixit do your repairs or painting. This is the second time Mike & his team have done repairs and painting at my home, and they pay attention to all the details even the ones you don't think of. He & his team are extremely professional and expert in their jobs. My home looks brand new. All my neighbors have commented on how beautiful the job was done. Mike and his team not only did what was expected, they cleaned up every day and the only evidence that they were there that day was the excellent work. Regarding punctuality, he always told me when they would be arriving, often 7:30 in the morning, and worked long days to make sure everything they said would get done did get done. With painting, its always hard to pick colors. Mike isn't afraid to say a color won't work, and provided his experience in making sure the colors all blended nicely, even when taking a chance on trying something different for the exterior. You can't go wrong using Mr. Fixit; I would highly recommend them.A+
