They diagnosed the problem being that we need to replace our system. In the interim, they got our unit up and running and sent us a proposal for the complete job.

I called to schedule an appointment to look at a water heater replacement. The woman Sue answering the phone was exceptionally rude and unprofessional. First she started with a very flat sleepy tone, and refused to give me an earliest appointment time even I told her it is an urgent matter.. She even used words like Wow.. Ew.. unbelievable experience.

Jesse was the lead on our project, and he was EXCELLENT! All repair options were clearly explained and separate estimates were provided. The work was completed quickly and with high quality - AND the work spaces were cleaner after they finished than before they started! Would definitely use these folks again!

Cost $50 for an estimate, which was 3x the price of several other quotes. Clearly was taking advantage of an inexperienced homeowner. Trying to scare customer into work that was certainly not needed. Stay away

Both individuals, Joe and Jesse were very professional from the start to finish. Jesse had come over to solve the problem. Being an old house, surely it was a complex job to cut through the concrete and inspect the pipes. Our new faucet works vey well. My husband and I are very satisfied, also with the services and about the warranties assured by the company. Jesse left the kitchen in the most neatest way possible. Would definitely hire again!

As a long time customer, Margo performed in its steady dependable manner by responding in a very timely manner, performing the desired work quickly and cleanly. In addition, every Margo employee I have ever encountered has always been personable and helpful by supplying info to maintain plumbing properly.

Called the office on Monday afternoon and asked for a tech to stop by on Tuesday, hopefully, to look at the bathroom in my basement. I felt that the sewage ejector pump wasn't working correctly. Mary gave me a time from 12-2 on Tuesday for a tech to come over and explained that there is a fee for the tech to come over. If I decided to continue with the work thru them then the fee would be waived. Received a call around 11:55 am saying that the tech is finishing up the work at a previous job and should be at the house within an hour. Mike, the tech in this case, arrived promptly at 12:30. He was quickly able to assess the situation and speculated the pump was out because kids must've been throwing random stuff down the toilet bowl. I asked Mike to perform the job and go ahead and replace the pump. After about an hour and half, Mike came upstairs and asked me to look at the job. I was pleasently surprised at the job Mike had done including the cleanup. You couldn't tell that a plumber was in my bathroom for last two hours performing a major job. He even cleaned up the Sewage flies that were dead in the bathroom given the backup in the tank. Mike was extremely professional who definitely cares about his job! I would hire these guys again in a heartbeat!! highly recommended! It's always nice to see contractors/plumbers paying attention to minor details and taking care of their clients like it was their own house. Thank you Mike!!

Very courteous and professional. Came out same day. Drain was severely clogged which required cutting out part of the pipe (in basement). They cleaned up my space nicely. Would hire again

Quoted ridiculous price of nearly $800. but plumber said I owed him a service fee for walking in the door. Stupidly, I gave him job. Plumber left and five minutes later I found water leaking from one faucet. The other faucet and drain installed we constantly need to plunge. I suspect something was left inside. The owner called me that night and said he would take care of problems and said faucets I bought were high quality. He failed to mention the following. Five minutes before the plumber was to arrive the next day. I get a call from them stating I would owe them a service fee because I did not buy faucet from them. I was livid and told her not to send him. Their own plumber does not buy anything from their supplier because he can get cheaper elsewhere. The woman called back and said they would come back even though they did not have to and went on and on that I was wrong. I declined. I never wanted anything to do with them. I would never recommend. Their prices are outrageous and the service is terrible..

Excellent. Mike and Rich were polite, professional, through and neat. They exceeded all expectations. I will definitely use MarGo Plumbing again and highly recommend.

Installation went as planned and avoided opening up of finished ceiling.

The provider came out, took a look at the furnace and said it was to old and to much of a liability to work on. I would not contact MarGo if you have a furnace over 20 years old.

I paid for maintenance services via Angie's list. In addition to this, paid approx. $450 for a relatively small part that was needed to repair my unit. Quite pricey. The technician was nice, friendly, and professional. He did a great job repairing and cleaning the unit. The system works fine. He was done in under a few hours because of the cleaning and flushing out the unit. It was rather dirty. Although, it was pricey and I'm not saying I was over charged. That's probably what it costs for that part anywhere or more. But Geesh! My heating and air unit are more than 25 years old. He noticed that and offered to put a new one. I politely declined. He wasn't pushy at all but he let me know it was old. I'm saving becausing I know I will need to change the unit, probably within a few years. I feel comfortable calling MarGo to do the work because I trust they will do a great job. Overall...A service minus the price of the part. ( Can't remember the exact date of service)

It went well. A little pricey for me, but he did great work. I was pleased.

Price was fixed, with no surprises. Staff was very friendly and explained everything that was being performed. Work was superb with no issues, no surprises.

Mike B. from MarGo did a very good job on plumbing inspection and evaluating the condition of our water heater. He arrived on time, professional and very knowledgeable.

Jesse and the team did a great job and completed the work in a timely and professional manner.

It went okay, except for that it turned out that our furnace was too old for them to inspect. Actually, we did hire them and we bought a new furnace recently. They didn’t actually do the service. They looked at it, but they didn’t do the 22 point inspection, because they don’t service furnaces that are that old. They need to be specific about what the deal is offering.

The annual furnace inspection and maintenance went very well!

I called MarGo plumbing to fix a problem with the radiators not working. Jesse was prompt and courteous. He diagnosed the problem and showed me how I could fix it myself in the future as standard maintenance of the system. He reviewed all the work to be done ahead of time and answered all of my questions. I will definitely use MarGo again in the future!
