Description of Work: Needed 3 sinks snaked, slow drain. Also needed 2 showers snaked. Have had this work done in past by local plumber and cost was $150. My local plumber was out of town so I reached out to Margo. Two guys from MarGo showed up 1/2 hour after the two hour window and made a big deal of a little job. Cost came back at $870 plus the $50 service charge just to come to the house. Will never call them again, had my same plumber out when he was back and he charged $150 for the job they told me was $870! Side note; I'm a stay at home mom and felt like I was being taken advantage of.

Description of Work: They had to replace an old pipe that was from the first floor tub to the sewer drain. This is the second time we have used them. They were extremely professional and friendly. Even though the price was a little high, they worked around my schedule, with 1 year warranty, did a great job, friendly and punctual. Not much more I can ask for.

Description of Work: MarGo Plumbing provides excellent service. They were punctual, professional and so courteous. Cost is a little high, but well worth it for the quality of work and the knowledge and professionalism. We had an emergency repair done to the pipe leading into our furnace. The pipe started leaking on the coldest night and our furnace stopped working. They immediately called back and were at the house first thing in the morning. The repair was done and we had our heat back in no time.

Description of Work: We had a plumbing emergency (leak in second-floor laundry) on the day we were going to Europe for a week. Margo answered their phone immediately and on hearing of our problem sent someone (Mike) round in half an hour. Mike did a quick fix on the leak, leaving a proper solution to what turned out to be a larger issue until we returned from vacation. | |On our return, Margo actually contacted me, arranged for the town to shut off our water while Mike replaced the inlet valves, and got us up an running again very quickly. A subsequent small leak from the work area was fixed immediately without question and without charge in line with their guarantee. | |Margo is not cheap, but their work is good and they are uniquely responsive in my experience, and that is worth a lot - especially when you have an emergency. | |Highly recommended!
