great job and service

Great service. They got the job done, were clean about it. The lead guy gave me two prices- one for a more temporizing job and one for a more permanent fix. He also did a thorough inspection of the roof and took pictures to show me where the problems were. I really appreciated that. We went with the more expensive option. We went through an entire winter and no problems. Would definitely recommend them again.

I have a low pitch membrane torch fired roof with large overhangs that were damaged in the storm. This comjpany was the only one who respsonded in good time. Listedned to what I said and demonstrated that they knew roofs and roofing. Out of 8 contacts made these people were the only truly responsive and knowledgeable.

This project turned into a nightmare for me! The miscommunication was present from the start to finish! The company installed a non-working attic venting system! The crew didn't show up nor called the first time they were supposed to come! I constantly had to be on top of the project and call the office to see when the crew is coming for the third time! I had to do a research myself to see how to make the system work and indicated on numerous times that I was willing to pay for additional labor and materials. After not hearing from someone AGAIN for 2 weeks, I sent an e-mail to the company's representative and was, basically, blown off!

I was very pleased with the out come of my project,field manager was very helpful in whatever I ask, he explained all work detail step by step. I could have gone with other contractors witch were a little cheaper but I have no regrets Thank You Service Magic

The crew was very efficient, polite, and friendly. They worked very hard and completed the job in one day. They also did an amazing clean-up around the house. Communicating with the office was easy, they returned calls right away and answered all my questions. Thank you very much!

Eddie was prompt to respond and courteous and informative over the phone. He showed up on schedule, and was amazingly quick to finish the job. Great work, great price & I will definitely call him again!

The person doing the estimate came out in poor weather and did a thorough job and was great answering our questions. The job was executed quickly with a solid warranty and we haven't had any issues about 1.5 yrs later.

I would recommend NJCR without reservation. I was impressed with the initial consult - very thorough and informative. I had a custom-sized skylight which caused some delay at the manufacturing source, but in the interim, NJCR sent a team out to patch immediately a few leaks. Once the project was started, I was very pleased. The workers were polite, hard-working, did not cut any corners and very diligent on doing a good job. Good follow-up.

NJCR completed the roof ahead of schedule and within thier original estimate which was substantially lower than the other two estimates that I recieved. Since hurrican Irene hit a week later and I had no leaks, I would have to say that the work was top quality.
