roof4 roof installed a new roof and siding on my house 6 years ago...and the roof is still in perfect condition with the fact that they installed low profile tiles and they are excellent...when it comes to wind......they also did my siding and overall came out very nice with only a couple of mistakes which they took care of....basically straightness issues with the slats by the back door of the house.. but is was so minor that i have a eye for straightness but they took care of it with no problem.. hey i understand we are human and we make mistakes..just like i do....but to man up and take care of a mistake without being annoyed by it says something.....i am very happy with the job they have done with my house.. and they would not leave the job until they new i was completely satisfied ..how cool was that......would highly recommend them as i was impressed with the new low profile tiles on the roof.....i mean they are flat.....with no chance of wind getting underneath them....still impressed 6 years later

In addition to install new siding for the house and the garage they also installed a new roof. Quality was great, dependable and friendly staff. followed up on any issues in a timely manner. I was very satisfied of the job done.

I had a great experience fom my request for an estimate to the completion of the project in April of 2016. They were very professional and customer service was terrific. When they cleaned up before they left, it was like they were never there. I would use them again and have recommended them to anyone looking for a roofer.

The team did a great job! They installed a new roof and added a soffit along front and back of the house. Even though we installed the darkest roof color option our 2nd floor that was notorious for being much hotter during summer months we actually saw a significant improvement in the temperature. I have no doubt that the changes had a substantial impact on the overall ventilation of our house. The team was efficient and cleaned up the area as well as one can when replacing a roof. The roof 4 roof team always provided updates and prompt responses.

After receiving a call from the rep, he came out quickly to observe the extent of the damage and schedule a crew and date. Upon their arriving on the agreed date, the crew members were very polite and prompt with the repairs. The price was better than I had expected and I will certainly recommend Roof 4 Roof to anyone that needs assistance.

I first got my estimate prior to quarantine. Their estimate was almost $1,000 less than the other estimate I received, plus it was more thorough and filled me with more confidence. It took a while to get the work done due to COVID-19, but they communicated with me the entire time and kept me updated. Once the work was done, I called them with questions, and they sent someone back to my house that day to make sure I was satisfied. I would definitely use them again!

John Walters was a pleasure to work with from the beginning. He was always available, day or night, to answer our questions prior to getting the roof fixed. We had slight hiccups after the roof was installed, nothing big, but the issues were handled quickly and we were very grateful to Chuck for solving the problem so fast. The price was great.

1st class diagnosis and repair

Very good communication and service with this company. Chuck, the owner contacted me early morning to update me on a delay in the roof installation schedule and the workers did arrive at noon as the owner had projected. Glen, the Project manager was on site to answer any questions or address any issues. Workers were very professional and cleaned up every night before leaving. After the installation there was an issue with some shingles overhanging the new gutter rendering the gutter useless and Chuck addressed the issue immediately. Happy to say that new roof is beautiful and gutter is working well. Excellent customer service.
