They did a fast decent job. I didn't realize how much saw dust and debris would be left in my attic after the job that they are not responsible to clean up. Otherwise the outside was well cleaned afterwards.

After received quotes from 4 different pros I went with Roof4Roof for a few reasons. Mark arrived on time, then carefully examined my roof before giving me a comprehensive explanation for why a section of my roof was leaking. He found several issues and he thoroughly explained how he would fix each of them in his proposal which was also very fairly priced. He was very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and didn't try to sell me on replacing my entire roof, which at least 2 other pros did, despite that not being necessary!!! Best of all, Mark agreed to do the job on incredibly short notice, the very next day, on a weekend, in 92+ degree weather! If that's not commitment to great customer service I don't know what is. Thanks to Mark, I didn't have to risk additional leaks into my bedroom during subsequent thunderstorms/down pours. And even during the repair, he found additional issues that he brought to my attention and took the initiative to fix. Overall, very pleased with the service and would highly recommend Roof4Roof, provided the roof remains leak-free.

This company did great work and worked within my budget. They were neat and efficient. They accidentally ripped two screens and replaced them promptly. They communication was great. I cannot say enough good things about this company.

The workers were very professional. The job of ripping off two layers of shingles, and having to replace a few plywood 4'by 8' is a messy job, but when they left it was as clean as when they started.

John W. the salesman came a couple of times to assess the roof and gave me a complete break down of what his crew would do to replace the roof and how long it would take and the price for the project was in our budget.

These good people were professional, knowledgeable and responsive from start to finish. Joe gave me an estimate, after his thorough look at and on the roof. He provided explanations of the work to be done, and the quality lifetime warranty roofing systems that Roof4Roof could provide, complete with literature and shingle samples. All was in writing, and every question treated as important. He also worked with me constructively on costs. Ryaan in the front office made sure all my questions and concerns (before, during and after contract and performance) were answered by the appropriate person.

The technicians were extremely professional, efficient and enthusiastic. A terrific crew. It turned out to be a one-day job. After they met with us and gave us the quote, it was 3 weeks until the job was performed, primarily because of rain. We had a very rainy couple weeks there. About the company, I particularly like that they also help provide roofing for the needy.

Roof 4 Roof was very responsive. They quickly came for an estimate and scheduled the work. The original estimate over the phone was increased when they came for the actual estimate due to the pitch of the room. When challenged, they did reduce the price. Not to the original estimate, but lower than asked which was reasonable. The roofer showed up on time, but had to leave to get a harness due to the height and pitch of the roof. He came back and quickly finished the job.
