They did a flat roof for me and they were professional and reliable. They returned phone calls, showed up on time, completed the work in a timely manner. I want to mention two issues: 1) they significantly raised their price on the day they showed up. They had given me an estimate without a tear-off but called me to tell me that a tear-off was absolutely necessary. It didn't surprise me that a tear-off became necessary, but I suspect that the estimator should have known this. 2) The work crew did some damage which should not have occurred with proper supervision, but I was compensated for the damage without a problem. Amended 2017: Seven years after the work, I developed a couple of leaks, while the roof was still under warranty. I called them, and got a bit of a run-around. They showed up without notifying me and threw a little tar on the roof. I hired another roofer who pointed out a number of errors in the job as originally done. I would not hire them again to do a flat roof. Clearly, this is not their expertise.

The quality of the work could have been beter. Some plywood that should have been replaced was not.

The skylights were not installed according to the specification provided by Vellux (the skylight manufacturer). NJ Certified Roofing came back twice to correct the error. Although they were very responsive, it would have be better had the job been done correctly the first time.

Overall a positive experience. They started when they said they would start and did the work quickly and efficiently. The crew was professional and courteous. The price was right and the finished product looks good and has held up so far through four rainstorms. They even did a small paint job for me free of charge. Chuck, the owner, was very accessible when I had any questions or concerns. The only small problem was that they left an small area with some construction debris. Other than that they were great to work with and I would hire them again (but hopefully I won't need to).

NJ Roofing was accommodating to my scheduling needs, did an excellent, clean job. The follow-up from the company was very good as well. Price was the best of 4 other companies without lesser quality materials. I highly recommend them.

I initally hired them for a project and was not 100% happy but later I they had them come out for more work and i was VERY pleased. Awesome job

Very happy with Sebastian and his crew - they did a careful, and excellent job of repairing the damage to our roof, and unlike others, were willing to guarantee it. When it is time to replace it, they will be #1 on our list.

Wonderful Job Mr. Bolivar and his crew did an excellent and through job. Jeanette in the office had a amazing follow up and help win my business. Dominick came with all the right documentation, samples and provide options to my job that no other contractor provided. The only draw back it was a day when rain was in the forecast and they only thing they told me the day before is that I would be first or second and they could not give me a time until that morning. Well they never called and the contractors showed up 8ish that morning of the job. Otherwise the work was impeccable.

My job was minor (leaky skylight), but they explained in detail the issue, the fix, and options for replacement in the future. Came on time, did what they said they would do.

The rep showed up on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. I was only looking for an inspection, verse repair, which he provided. He also spent time to explain the information as well.

Their work came out nice. A few little issues I had were addressed immediately. Communication was good. I would recommend them as the quality of wormanship overall and their very competitive pricing was good.

Although the roofing job was hampered by the rainy weather this spring, the crew showed up on sight every questionable day before making a decision on whether or not to start. The job was completed in one day and clean-up after was excellent once the rain stopped.

The job looks good, however, they did not clean up all the debris. I found multiple nails and scraps of metal trim laying in my bushes and on my lawn.

They arrived on time, did their job professionally and cleanly.
