Very professional job

Very happy with Kelly Home Services - they were prompt, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced.

Very efficient and friendly. They arrived right on time, calling ahead to confirm the arrival time. They protected my house by completely sealing the fireplace, and cleaned up completely afterwards. They took pictures of some holes in the chimney and offered to come back another time to point the bricks, giving me an estimate, and offering to fix some cracks in my sidewalk for the price they quoted for the chimney repair.

They have done extensive work for our HOA - very professional- prices great, and all of the homeowners they have worked directly with are very pleased with them and their work.

Great service and were here right on time. No hidden charges . I hired them for another chimney job that needed to be done at my request!

Kelly Home Services employees are courteous and professional. On the first visit, the chimney was inspected, what needed to be done was explained in detail and proposal written without any pressure for the business. On the day of the job, they arrived on time, worked diligently and cleaned up. I would highly recommend them to others and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Out of the first three recommended.two didn't even call back and one called but never showed up. .Once I connected with Doug he was very quick to come look and give what i considered a very competitive price. He inspected the whole house and had a couple of other small repairs that I didn't see . You can't even tell there was a repair which inlcluded cracked mortar and a few cracked bricks. Even 20 years after the house was built the color match on the mortar was perfect. I don't think you could find anyone whose work was excellent, service was great and prices very reasonable.

The contractor promptly responded to my request. He was polite and informative and his pricing was competitive. He arrived on time and completed the job quickly and neatly. The end product looked great.

I used them last year and liked their service so I called again for this year.

First time using this company since our old chimney cleaner went out of business... LOVED the tech who came out.. He spent a long time prepping and making sure that the place was as clean (or cleaner LOL) when he left. Doug also cleaned our clothes dryer vent. We will definitely use him each year.

I needed our chimney to be cleaned so I made a appointment with Kelly Home Services after reading their great reviews. Doug came out and did a great job. I will definitely being using this company for anymore future work.

They we're here on time. Performed the cleaning and inspection in the time he had told me to anticipate it would take. They were easy to schedule and took the time to confirm with me as well. Where further restoration on chimney will need to take place, he showed me pictures and explained the repairs needed and how they were not serious currently. He was knowledgable, friendly, and professional.
