Our water main is a private well but that was the closest choice available. After spending a day doing it myself I couldn't get the well pump to stay on so I called Highlands and left a message. Thirty minutes later I got a call back from Tom and explained my problem. Though he had two other jobs ahead of me he arrived about 1 pm. By 3:30 we were up and running with a new pump and well piping. These guys know exactly what they're doing, come prepared to do it, and do it very well. You couldn't ask for nicer people to work with. They even helped my wife bring in the groceries. :) Extremely good at what they do.

First to call back. Tom came right out same day. Replaced pump and tank. Explained what was being done. Very satisfied.

Paul is very professional and honest. I would recommend him to anyone. While he was working on our sump pump problem he noticed we had a gas leak and we were able to have that taken care of immediately.

Paul diagnosed the problem with the system i was having difficulties with, he also diagnosed a problem with a system that was adjacent to it that i didn't know anything about and he showed he was more knowledgeable on that system than the people i had previously contracted to take care of that system for me. Very impressed with his knowledge and the way and the way in which he explained the systems to me and in a way that made sense and allowed me to make a judgement on work that was required.
