We Had a no water situation on a Sunday winter afternoon. Tom came over within an hour and diagnosed the problem as a well pump failure. He explained to us what was wrong and provided us with a reasonable estimate. His helper was off so he proceeded to do the job alone. He finished in about 2 hours. Tom was friendly & professional. We were so impressed with his work that we hired him back to do some other much needed well repairs. Anyone needing well work done would not be disappointed in hiring Tom at Highlands Water Company out of Califon.

Tom called to say when he'd get here. He and Chris were super pleasant and got my barn and pasture hydrants running again in no time. Tom took time to explain the simple issue I'd had and how my hydrants work, and he also checked my tank and setup inside the house. This being my first time owing a property with a well, I'm very glad to have met him. I very much appreciated explanations of how my equipment works, and will rest a bit easier knowing I've found a reliable contractor-- will definitely call them for any work in future.

Tom did a great job installing & servicing my neutralizing filter, so I hired him to replace my broken well pump. He & his helper dug up the well head, replaced the pump, replaced/repairs the electrical connections & installed an above ground well head extension so there will be no doubt about the location of the well. They charged only for the work done, so the final cost was lower than the estimate. Entire job & cleanup was done in a few hours. Excellent!
