Description of Work: I needed to have some repairs done on a toilet. I was told I would be the first appointment of the day at 7:30...and when I opened my door at 7:25 the truck was there and the guys were ready to start. | Clean, reliable, honest and polite. This is the 3rd time I've used "Joe" and I will be a customer the next time I need a plumber. There are cheaper...but if you want someone you can trust in your home, does honest work and cares about quality....this is a great choice.

Description of Work: Had poor water pressure from my stall shower. Spent 5 hours trying various things including replacing the washers, seats, and even rodding water supply line in the shower. Also changed shower head. Joe and Stan were suppose to come in 2 days but they had a cancellation and were there in 2 hours. Within 5 minutes they had located the problem to be a clogged shower arm and replaced it. Sorry that I did not call them earlier. I did learn a few things about plumbing while I was doing my thing and also after they came. I also asked them whether I needed two additional control valves in my system but they did not think it was necessary. I am pretty sure most other plumbers would have added them (even they were not needed) and charged for that extra.

Description of Work: I had a leak in my ceiling which was coming from a pipe that drained two bathrooms on the floor above the ceiling. Joe came over the day I called him (after his normal workday as he already had a full schedule for the day...so it was around 6pm). There was no charge for this visit, and at this visit he spent at least an hour diagnosing the problem. The exact pipe from which the leak was coming could not be located that day, but we made arrangements for a return visit. He did not charge me for his time on that visit, was totally professional, but also pleasent and friendly. On the return visit, the leak was located, the repair was completed. The total amount of time spent on this job was at least 4 hours and his charge was completely reasonable and we have not had any problem since then. This is one of the best experiences I have had with someopne coming to my house to repair something. I would strongly reccomend Joe the plumber to anyone.

+ 1 moreI call in my problem and THEY FIX IT! I never fret that they will not show up. They keep me informed of any additional problems and always explain what the problem was and how it was fixed. They guys are pros. They work clean and fast.
Description of Work: Joe and his brother Stanley have been servicing my apartments for the last ten years. They are GREAT PLUMBERS with a supply truck with most everything available to fix most problems. Their work is A-Plus, neat, and they are totally trustworthy. I would never think of calling anyone else.

+ -1 moreWent 25 ft with his drill but could not find problem. Told us it was beyond 25 ft. Recommended a sewer and drain company. Joe spent at least 45 minutes in an attempt to get to the problem. He did not want to charge us but I insisted paying him a small fee. Very professional, honest, capable and kept a very clean work space.

+ -1 moreI called to schedule an appointment since there was no emergency. They were more than willing to provide same day service but were pretty busy that day. We found a convenient time and set the appointment. They arrive on time. Get right to work. Do more than what is asked in that they try to understand what you really want (which may be a lttle different than what you first ask for) and then let you know the best way to accomplish your goal. The job went smoothly and quickly. They are now the only plumbers I would use. And I particularly enjoy the good natured ribbing the brothers give each other as they work. A great team.
Description of Work: I have used Joe the Plumber on several occassions. Previously when I used them to fix broken pipes, they were thorough and did a fantastic job. For this job they created washer and dryer (gas) hookups, ran gas supply to the dryer, ran hot and cold water supply for basement sink, rerouted toilet water supply that had frozen, and fixed a leak in an external faucet.
