Martinelli Plumbing was the first company to contact me after my inquiry. After I described my problem they explained what I could expect the issue to be, and what the potential costs I would incur. I agreed to have them come out to fix the problem. They arrived on time and were very courteous and efficient. I would highly recommend this company.

I have been waiting for some time to write this review. We had major work done in March of 2019. I do not like writing bad reviews, but after reading a couple of other reviews where women had a bad experience, I felt I needed to say something too. While the work was done was good and Jack helped with an insurance problem, he was VERY rude and disrespectful to me. He yelled at me several times during phone calls. I did not want to continue working with him, but I was desperate to repair the leak in our basement. He called us neglectful, etc. He even made me cry. He said to me, **I am not your husband that you can talk to any way you want**. My husband has a brain disease and I have to take care of everything for our family, make decisions, and oversee work projects. Jack had no right interfering in my relationship with my husband. He does not know anything about us. I will avoid hiring again because of that experience.

Very prompt service and I felt comfortable with the team in my home. They knew what I wanted and stayed in contact when decisions needed to be made. Work quality was high with quick turnaround as well.

Martinelli Plumbing was very responsive to our emergency when our basement flooded. They arrived within an hour of my call and inspected the malfunctioning sump pump. After diagnosing the issue, they left and returned with the necessary replacement parts. The work was completed and the technicians pointed out and explained what they had done.

Our very old hvac system finally gave up on Tuesday morning. I scheduled an appointment with Jack that afternoon. He came out and looked at our system and had a very reasonable offer for us within 15 minutes. His crew was here 2 days later and finished the job completely in a day. Jack worked with us in every aspect of the job! He went above and beyond!

My HVAC system was very old. Gave out on a Sunday afternoon, mid summer. Jack came out the following morning to quote. He and his crew finished the whole thing by the very next day. Gave me a great price, even during the peak season. Couldn't be happier. Thanks Martinelli Plumbing and Heating!

Courteous, on time, great communication and there when you need them. Our A/C went out during the heatwave. Others had long wait times to talk to someone and even longer for estimates or to get equipment. They answered the phone, were prompt to assess and estimate the job and within a day or two the new unit was in and we are cool again. They are very fair in price, working with honesty and integrity. The install team was awesome. They even vacuumed up the stuff they tracked in and dust from the job. We are very satisfied and would highly recommend their services.

This group was responsive and thorough. They explained what they needed to do and how. And they delivered.

Best experience ever! My AC broke and they moved up my requested appt since it was so hot. Now that s customer service. Jack was professional and knowledgeable. My New AC was in the next day. That s a 24 hr turn around! Referred them already and using them for another job. Don t look anywhere else. They are the best!

Our HVAC systems failed recently. Martinelli arrived the same day and gave us an estimate. I hired them on the spot, not because we didn't have other options, there was not pressure, after some conversation they were a good fit. The best part is, they backed up their words with action. They arrived the following day as discussed. The crew was neat and clean, took time to protect our flooring etc. They were all respectful, and completed their work before dinner. The owner arrived, inspected his crews work and wanted to know about our interaction with his crew. I admired that because he wanted to know the truth either way. Fortunately I have nothing but praise for everything that occurred. For us, based upon our experience we would recommend them to anyone who called and needed a recommendation.

I contacted by Martinelli plumbing after doing a lookup on home advisor. The price for my hot water heater did not change. I spoke with Jack on the phone around 230pm and by 530pm my hot water heater was installed and working. The installers were efficient and professional. I definitely would recommend Martinelli for plumbing and other needs.

They were on time. Things were kept clean before leaving. I love the shower they put in. I had a shower put in , so I would not have to go up and down the stairs. They finished it in five days. We had talked about putting one in and could not imagine putting it on the first floor and it came out better then we thought.
