Took long, but they finally got the job done. Had a serious sewage backup and it was unclogged. To get the job done they brought 2 workers and over 100 feet of snake.

My technician David did a great job. I was not home so he dealt with my sister and she told me he was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend

We were heading into a heatwave and Jack fit us into their busy schedule to ensure we would have air conditioning in time. They delivered as promised and we will only be reaching out to them for all our needs in the future!

Jack was awesome all the through the project. He answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. He was very knowledgeable about my situation in my house. Jack was very friendly and explained everything in detail and was not in any hurry to just make a sale and go. He understood what I needed and really worked with me with the price where I was very comfortable with. I signed the agreement and 2 days later I had a brand new high efficiency 3 ton ac system with a great warranty. The 2 guys he sent to install were very professional and very clean when removing and installing the new system. Any questions I had were answered before they left. Highly recommend this company. Will be using them again for my 2nd ac system upstairs in spring.

The team is so efficient and I feel as my house cools down, my stress level is going down as well. Martinelli Plumbing completely redid my entire bathroom within a week. I have an old home that needed a lot of repairs. They worked fast and the finished product blew me away. 10/10 would recommend!

We hired them to renovate a bathroom. What a huge mistake that was. I have never been treated so poorly as I have been by these people. When the project was **Completed**, we asked Jack where the shower shelves were that were promised in our contract. He proceeded to curse at myself and my wife, called her a b**** and both of us m************, and said we should be happy with things as they are. Even though it is not what we were promised. Upon inspection of the rest of the work, we saw that the drywall was full of lumps and dimples in the spackle. The shower doors were two different sizes and did not even close. Grout was missing in both the shower and on the floor. The bathroom door did not close properly. They forgot to paint the trim. They did not caulk around the shower door frame. When I brought all of this up to Jack he said he would be out Monday to fix it. Well, that come and went and no one showed up. Tuesday we get a call from the owner Rich. No apologies, in fact, he just blamed things on other workers. He said he would be out on Tuesday morning but showed up several hours late. Wednesday they showed up late again. Thursday they did not bother showing up or calling. Now it is Friday and they came but forgot to bring the paint. What a nightmare. Thankfully we did not pay in full upfront for this mess.

Jack called same day I contacted home advisor. Estimate and contract signed next day. System installed complete the next day. Jack recommended the best priced and efficient products for my needs. Did not try to up price me but did the reverse. The employees are polite and efficient. Martinelli is my future contractor of choice. I will surely recommend them to family and friends.

The gentlemen came in and went straight to work. All the work was done very professionally. When they were done t hff e area was clean and neat. All the debris was cleaned up and taken away I an extremely satisfied and will call them if the need arrises.

We converted from an oil heat boiler to a tankless natural gas boiler/hotwater heater in a 200+ year old home in Bordentown. Martinelli's Service Manager responded quickly to my request for an estimate and came out the next day to take a look. Martinelli provided a quote quickly and worked with me on details and requests. Martinelli went above and beyond expectations with service, even helping make sure our above ground oil tanks were removed correctly. The price was great, the work was done efficiently, and Martinelli made sure the system was up and running. I will be contacting Martinelli again for future plumbing and heating projects!
