Paul was quick on responding and setting a date to get the gutters cleaned. I requested photos and he sent those over. Very easy to work with.

The service went great and far exceeded my expectations. Having just moved in & surrounded by trees, we noticed the gutters were full. The service was easily scheduled, provider arrived on time and even collected all the leaves that were in the gutters. Truly 5 Star service! Thank you!

I hired 5 Star to clean the gutters on my new home...well, it was new to me...the previous owners let the gutters go for YEARS...they were SO clogged. But 5 Star came in within the week after contacting them and cleaned them thoroughly. I'm VERY happy with the result.

I chose Five Star Roof Cleaning because of their consistent good ratings, because they are owner-operated and because this is their sole business. I was not disappointed. All black streaks, lichen, moss and algae were removed. The roof looks like new. I never realized that the entire roof had darkened so much over the years. Paul did an excellent job. He is reasonably-priced, meticulous and efficient. Highly recommend.

It was a great experience. Paul is really a gem of a person. He was on time, did a thorough inspection and suggested us that instead of entire roof we can only focus on the north side. Obviously the first option would have cost us more money but he was professional enough to guide us in the right direction. On the appointment date, he arrived with one more person and did a great job in cleaning our roof. North side was full of algae and moss but they did a very good job in cleaning it. They also cleaned our gutter and didn't charge anything extra. Great job!

Main roof and portico roof look fantastic. We have dimensional architectural shingles that looked flat and dirty. Thanks to the great job by Paul and his crew, my roof looks as good as new. We had some weather challenges getting the job scheduled. Paul was very good about keeping us informed on the schedule and showed up when he promised. I would not hesitate to hire this firm again.

The owner called me back very promptly. We were having a bit of a drought and our well ran out of water so he had to come back. He was very curtious about it and made another appointment to fnish the job at a time that worked for both of us. I would definitely use them again. Such a nice group of folks and an excellent job done. Price was very reasonable after getting multiple company estimates.

Paul and his crew were very professional, came out on time and left the property spotless after the work. I have used them before through some other deal. Paul (the owner) and Steve are both professional, and get the job done. Paul is responsive, and easy to talk to. It was easy to schedule the service, and their work was complete. The assessed each of the gutters and downspouts. They cleaned using a blower and then tested the downspouts with a hose. They even removed one of the elbows of the downspouts and spot fixed a clog. I was so happy to use them that I recommended them to several of my neighbors. I usually don't waste time writing reviews, unless I feel a business/customer really deserves it. I trust these guys, they do a complete and good job, and for the right price. I will use them again.

I looked into several roof-cleaning companies in our area. 5-Star had some of the best ratings, so I contacted them for an estimate, which was done in-person and promptly (at least one other estimate was done via phone/internet using Google Earth views of the roof). 5-Star was not the cheapest, but upon reviewing the information on their website, they emphasized that they do NOT use bleach or other dangerous chemicals and that the process would not harm the extensive shrubs and perennial gardens surrounding our house. Bleach is cheap, but bad for the environment, and terrible for the plants. So I was sold on their approach- even if it was a bit more expensive. They also offered a great guarantee. We arranged a date via phone and e-mail, and Paul (the owner) and Steve arrived on-time and got right to work. We have a Cape-style house with a very steep roof pitch (I won't even go on it anymore). But Paul expertly ran the cleaning tool on every part of the roof, slowly and methodically while Steve assisted from the ground. We have 3 separate roof surfaces plus two dormers, with 7 skylights. Paul spent several hours and carefully worked around every obstacle. He got every inch of our roof clean without any damage to the skylights or anything else. As a bonus, they blasted our gutters clean with a pressure washer, cleaned the drains and the exterior of the gutter surface. They even repaired a gutter "elbow" that had come loose and was leaking. When they were done, they also cleaned the driveway area nearest to the garage roof, where the gutter cleaning had left a mess. Our roof and gutters have not looked this good since the house was built 23 years ago. My wife was astounded when she got home from work and saw the improvement. Now, a week later, I am also happy to report that, as promised, there has been NO damage whatsoever to our gardens. I am absolutely thrilled with the work done- truly 5 Star- as the name implies. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND 5-Star Roof cleaning for any roof or gutter cleaning job. You may find someone cheaper, but you will not find better quality from beginning to end.

Very good experience. The two gentlemen who came out to give estimate were very friendly and I knew immediately I would trust them with the job. They came two days later and did a wonderful efficient job and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. MY thanks to them for taking care of business in a great way!

Contacted Five Star Roof Cleaning and exchanged emails with Paul, the owner. Shortly after we spoke, he came out to our house and left an estimate for us in the mailbox. After reviewing the estimate, I was happy with price and scheduled the work. Within a week, Paul and Steve showed up on time, performed the work within the allotted timeframe (~3hrs) and the stains were gone! They even cleaned out the gutters where leaves were jammed in the downspouts, which was above and beyond the work to be done. From contacting Paul via email to the job being completed, it was a little over a week; great service at a great price. Will definitely use them again.

It was a groupon so it was pretty inexpensive and they were pretty quick like they set-up an appointment and came out that week. They got it done. It was good. It was quick, efficient, and inexpensive. They were great. They were very polite and professional.

Paul came over promptly and gave me an extremely reasonable estimate to perform the roof cleaning. He thoroughly explained the type of cleaning that he would be doing and the results. I have a ranch-style house and it has a lot of roof area. He returned promptly with his assistant in two days and they did a very thorough job of cleaning the roof. They also made sure that the siding and windows were washed down and cleaned as they worked. They also cleaned the gutters, inside and out, which was a plus for me. Paul and his assistant were very conscientious, professional and friendly. And, my roof looks like new again!!!

I called several companies to to clean my gutters however after a month, none called in a timely matter. I was lucky enough to receive a local deal and decided to give them a try. I was pleasantly surprised when Steve called one hour after placing the order to set up a time. Steve and Paul and a great team, they were not only courteous ,extremely professional but also extremely punctual. In the future when I need my gutters cleaned or roof cleaned, I will not hesitate from calling them. They were outstanding!

Great experience overall. Respectful and cordial on the phone, responsive to messages and good work at reasonable prices. It hasn't rained yet so haven't had a chance to see what the results are, however I don't anticipate any problems. The owner, Mr. Sweeney accompanied his employee and together they completed the job efficiently. Luckily the gutters weren't too bad to begin with, but had a few small problem spots. I would use them again.

Paul and his team are the best! He came out the same day we called for an estimate and he had the job done within the week. He and his team were courteous, friendly, clean and efficient.. Paul responded back same day he was called on a Saturday, came on Sunday to give an estimate and performed the cleaning of the roof and patio on Monday. We had a heavy build-up of algae and stains over the past 10 years on our light gray roof to the point that the streaks were solid black. He was able to restore the roof to the original color by doing a soft power wash. He fully explained the benefit in doing a soft power wash to preserve the shingles. He also power washed the rear paver patio that was installed 5 years ago but had never been cleaned. He was very fair in his price, thorough in his work, cleaned up before leaving and made the roof and patio look like new! We live on a heavily traveled road so lots of exposure to showcase his work. I know already that someone in a nearby development saw the awesome job he did and requested his services to clean their roof. I highly recommend Paul and Five Star Roof Cleaning!

A thorough estimate was given of what was on my roof at each section as well as the price. I called to schedule an appointment. They were not available for 2 weeks which would normally be fine but I had a due date for my insurance company. The previous person I had contracted to do it never showed up or returned calls. They made themselves available so that I would make my deadline. Unfortunately I was not able to be home when they cleaned my roof but I was told by my neighbors that they were so nice. Roof looks great and they left everything looking very clean - not just the roof. Met Paul later to pay him. Great guy. Very pleased! price was with Angie's list $30 off coupon and included tax.

They were very excellent! The owner was a very personable person and was very good to do business with. He and his associates really spent a fair amount of energy. I have a lot of overhanging trees so I had a lot of debree on my roof that is not good for shingles because it eats them away and they were very diligent in really getting it all cleaned. He was a very helpful provider.
