Paul and his assistant John did a fantastic job. The job came out better than I ever would have expected. It looked like a new roof. They were here for hours. Highly recommended!!! Paul and John are fantastic!

My roof looks like new! No algae or mold anywhere, and the all dirt has been cleaned off. Plus, Paul took his time to look over the roof and report on it's condition. After he was done, the cleanup left the area around my house looking better than before. Couldn't be happier with the experience. Thanks!

Going great. Paul is doing a great job on some tough algae stains. He is meticulous and thorough and professional. Very flexible on the schedule and he is prompt. Price is very reasonable.

My Roof looked terrible. Paul Cleaned the roof and it looks like new! He also rinsed house and windows of dirt and debris and cleaned any dirt and debris that came from down spouts. Very nice job!

I hired Five Star Roof Cleaning to clean the roof of my Mom’s rancher in Skillman, NJ. I’m very pleased with the work Paul and his company did! Mom’s house is going to be put up for sale in the Spring, and I wanted it to have more curb appeal by getting rid of those ugly black mold stripes and up and down the roof. Also, a few roof areas had green moss patches growing on it (which is harmful to the asphalt roofing tiles). All these problem areas were taken care of! Five Star Roof Cleaning came with all the equipment (hoses, ladders, safety equipment, etc.) and cleaning chemicals needed – all that I needed to provide was a water hose connection. I especially appreciate Paul’s concern for a quality job. The first scheduled date for the project had to be postponed because there was slight snow on part of the roof. Paul said he didn’t want to clean a roof with “frozen” roof tiles because they are too rigid and might break/chip during the cleaning process. Bravo for his concern! Next, I hired him for roof cleaning, but he also cleaned the gutters (not only with both an air blower and power washing, but also simply bending over and hand-picking out the clumps of leaves stuck underneath the gutters / asphalt tiles). He was also concerned about the cleaning chemicals that were sprayed on the roof that might “accidentally” clean other house surfaces and took steps to circumvent that from happening (you’d think that “accidentally” cleaning other areas would be desirable, but unfortunately it wouldn’t clean everything evenly and in the end, would make the cleaning project look cockeyed). Regarding the price, the amount he quoted was the price I paid (despite a slight increase in the scope of the project). I had gotten another quote from a different roof cleaning firm for double the price and found them very slimeball’ish with their aggressive sales tactics and avoiding answering simple questions. I would absolutely recommend Paul and Five Star Roof Cleaning to others!

Not only would I contract with Paul Sweeney again, I would hire no other to do a roof cleaning. Paul was prompt, courteous and fair priced. I have no reservations giving him my endorsement. He even did things I didn't expect. He trimmed trees that were too close to my roof for example.

Five Star Roof Cleaning did an excellent job! Paul was super-responsive to my initial quote request, showed up on time and gave a fair price. He was able to get us scheduled for the roof cleaning within a couple of days of the quote and completed the service as promised. They were punctual, professional and I felt like they took care of our property as if it was their own. Couldn't have asked for a better service. Roof looks like new again! Paul showed up on time and explained what he was going to do to clean my roof and got started right away. The job was finished in a few hours and cleaned completely! They did a great job! The black streaks and mold were such an eye-sore and now every bit are gone! The entire time Paul was on the roof, his worker was constantly cleaning up the surrounding area. When he was done, the roof was like brand new and you wouldn't even know they were there. I'm so pleased with their work, but also with how pleasant and nice they were. Very satisfied. The weather was getting very cold outside and they still manage to schedule roof cleaning as soon as weather would allow. Kept us informed about changes ... and they cleaned up nicely.
