Description of Work: Called Erik to work on computer which had crashed due to failure in programs installed. Computer was bought in February of this year. Erik was unable to fix the problem as it required the computer being sent back to the manufacturer for repair. He tried to run diagnostics but was unable to do so. Ordered system restore disks from ACER and once disks came in he tried to go in and retrieve lost files before reinstalling programs but was unable to as he was unable to get into the sytem.
