Great as usual. He took care of all the computer and printer issues. He also helps me do small things around my house that I wouldn't be able to do on my own. He goes out of his way every time he comes by. He is very congenial and professional. I would recommend him to anybody.

Erik has returned in the past if I had a question. He's always been great to me.

A very opinionated but inept technician. If anyone had warned me, I would never have permitted him in my home. This is my worse experience ever with an Angie's list provider. I felt like I was dealing with a slimy, used car salesman.

Everything went so much smoother than I had thought it would! The laptop is better than the day I got it!

He backed up all data, esp.Outlook personal folders. Wiped out machine; reinstalled Windows and all pertinent software.

He is very reliable and always available to help me.

He explained everything that he was going to do over the phone. He came earlier than expected and sat with me and worked on my computer explaining everything that he was doing. He called twice after that to see if I had any problems. He made 2 visits to my home and said that he would keep in touch to make certain that I was not having problems.

Based on Erik's diagnosis of the nature of my laptop's problem (it was the hardware on the laptop's main printed circuit board related to the laptop's taking in power from the power jack on the laptop case), Erik quite candidly let me know that he was not able to help me to fix the problem, and described to me the types of businesses which might be able to fix the problem for me. I then remembered that I had purchased an extended warranty for the computer, the period of its coverage I was still within at that time. So, I sent the laptop to the company servicing the warranty, and they sent me back a laptop with a repaired power inlet and properly functioning power circuitry on the main printed circuit board. Happy ending, problem solved. Even though Erik was not able to repair a hardware problem that was as low-level as the power inlet jack and circuitry on my laptop, he quickly, efficiently, professionally, courteously and correctly diagnosed the problem, which helped me to turn my thoughts in new directions - which helped me to remember the extended warranty I had purchased on the laptop through which I got my problem solved. AND, I will certainly purchase a reputable two-year extended warranty on any laptop computer that I will ever purchase. I have only positive thoughts and words about Erik. I would readily call him again with another computer problem that I might encounter in my future.

erik was on time and pleasant .I talked about my computer needs to get some of his advice then, we decided to restore two computers ,there were some unexpected challenges but, erik focused on solving them and did. I was very pleased with the end result as i now have two computes running like new machines. Erik is willing to visit from time to time to help maintain my pc's. performance.

Erik persevered when he ran into problems with my machine and kept me apprised of his progress. He will keep my computer "healthy" in the future by coming to my house every 3 months and checking it. I am glad to know I have someone to contact if I run into problems.

Erik was professional and his advice on the whether my computer could me salvaged was spot on.

Everything went well. Erik encountered no problems which he did not know how to solve and demonstrated complete competence and knowledge of my PC software and hardware. He moved with such ease through clean-ups, driver upgrades, and software downloads and installation I was dizzy just watching him work. To top it off he even finished the job ahead of his estimated completion time.

Found Eric to be extremely knowledgeable, brought my computer to him the same day I called and it was fixed and running perfectly the next day. He brought it to my house, and also helped me order additional RAM memory which has made my computer run better than new. and added a more secure virus protection software. This guy really knows what he is doing, and will not install or change something if he thinks it will interfere with the computer's efficiency. I'm really not that savvy about computers, but I need my computer for personal and work issues, so it's important to me that it works. I'm very glad to have Eric around and will be suing him in the future.

He was there aexactly when he would be, did the work for us quickly and at a good price.

i dropped the computer off at Erik's place of business on a Friday night but forgot to bring my discs and power cord and had to go home and return with them. Erik was very kind and understanding and before I returned, he had already backed up my hard drive. Erik had a busy schedule with an appointment the next morning, but he squeezed me in so that I would not have any further problems. On Saturday morning, he called to give me some good news about what he had found, to rest any anxiety I may havce had. When I picked up my computer on Sunday morning, it was working beautifully. I am happy to "be back in business" and delighted with the outcome. I highly recommend Erik. He is competent and cares about his work and his clients.

I had a great experience with Erik. He was able to repair my computer issues and now the machine is running great! He hooked up my new printer and even made sure that my daughter's laptop was set up to print too! Erik is a very friendly, knowledgeable guy and I highly recommend him for your computer repair/service needs. I plan to follow up with him on a regular maintenance plan to ensure that my machine is always running properly. So far every thing is working okay and I am pleased with the job Erik completed on my computer.

Erik went above and beyond what I would have expected. He came to my house and spent many hours trying valiantly to repair my computer but the hard drive was no longer functioning. He then repaired and updated an old computer so that I was able to do the things that were necessary and give me time to research a new computer purchase. He was very friendly and knowledgeable explaining things in terms I could understand. This was my first experience with having someone come to my house for computer repair and it was a fabulous one. Thanks Angie's list for giving me my very own "computer guy"!

Erik came up to work on several computer problems on my PC in 2009 (I do not remember the exact date). He did good maintenance on most, but what I most wanted was to get my wireless modem working. When he left, it was working, but a short time later--less than two weeks--it failed. I called him and he said he woudl come up (this was hard to schedule), but called me from the train that day to make clear he would charge me for this second visit to fix what he failed to make work the first time. He had an excuse for why it wasn't his fault, but another provider easily got it working, and this time it KEPT working, so it appears the first fix was inadequate. Erik also pushed way too hard for the Angie's list A review I gave him the first time (before the problem). This true story sets that right.

Very positive experience. Erik was courteous, professional and extremely patient with my many questions. He really went out of his way to be helpful.

The visit to repair computers went very well and Erik accomplished all that was expected and more.

Eric responded immediately to my voice mail message I left him. He was able to come to my" rescue" the very same day. I highly recommend his expertise and service! He is my new "go to IT guy".

His work went extremely well as it thus far always has in the past. Of course there was a charge;however, I choose not to share that personal information of how much I am spending / investing in extending the viable life of each of my two computers.

Everything is working great. Using our home office is a much more enjoyable experience. Erik is a dedicated professional. When he encounters a problem he works tirelessly to solve it. He really took the time to understand our needs and the problems we were having with the existing set up. I really liked that he called to check in after the work was done to make sure everything was running properly.

Erik lives close in the neighboorhood and he often drops in to check on my computer as i use him often to tune up the computer or any problems that develop lastest being a virus i caught he spend hours here getting it resolved he responds promptly to any phone calls and also shows up qucikly pending any jobs he might have on his to do list. I'd recommend him to anyone basically he is worth the price he charges and then some.
