Erik went the extra mile, returning twice over three days to correct additional problems. He made no additional charge for the follow-up, although it was offered. He was courteous, professional and PATIENT with my many questions. Altogether, he spent about 12 hours fixing my computer. I will definitely call on him again if the need arises.

Erik fixed the problem and brought it back to me in excellent working order. No data was lost and the computer was working perfectly and faster than before.

Erik was efficient, personable and knowledgeable. My email folders completely disappeared and he could not find them (nor could verizon, dell or msn). However, unlike the businesses mentioned, Erik called twice after his visit with suggestions. He made a return visit to try another approach that, unfortunately, didn't work so he offered a solution to assure that loss of information would not happen in the future. He also showed me a great system for organizing flash drive data. He's terrific!

Erik corrected numerous issues that had been caused by a previously hired company. He not only recommended replacement pieces that were needed, but took the time to find the best possible price (substantial savings and quality merchandise). We had a home network that would work on a single computer well, intermittently on our laptop, and not at all on a third computer. Please keep in mind. One of our computers is ancient by computer standards (6 Years). We have two kids in college, some of us are attempting to learn new (to us) computer technology and all of us were battling over computer time! By the time he finished, we had actually entered the 21st century! One last item. Many of us feel challenged by computer technology. Erik took the time to explain the hows and whys of what he was doing, and how to maintain the changes, in a fashion that made us part of the process. He provides an outstanding service!

Everything went very well. Erik is great. Knowledgeable, professional, responsive. Gave me a lot of information that will help with being a more savvy computer user. I would definitely recommend him and plan to stay in touch for regular computer maintenance.

Overall, my computer seems to be running smoothly and he cleaned out all the things that were slowing down my operating systems.

Erik was super responsive and contacted me within the hour. He was at my home a few hours later on the same day. He was extremely professional and thorough. He took the time to explain why I was having problems with the machine and then instructed me as to how to prevent future problems. Erik worked on the PC for 5 hours and only charged for 3. If your computer needs repair or you want to set up your new machine to avoid any problems, then Erik is the guy! I will never use anyone else!

Erik went out of his way to be helpful. He made several trips by public transportation to our home. He kept us informed of the progress of his work by telephone.

Erik is amazing! All of this happened around the huge snowfall and the holidays...in addition, Erik was in the process of moving! He was very responsive to my original inquiry and was in frequent phone contact with me as he was making progress with my machine. He described the different options I had for complete repair, the advantages/disadvantages of each, and helped me find reasonably priced software for new installation. Erik is your quintessential Computer Geek, which is ALL GOOD if you have computer problems! He appears to be up-to-speed on all the latest things happening in "everything PC," which was reassuring, as things are always changing so rapidly. The only drawback of working with Erik is that -- at least for the time being -- he is without transportation, so I had to bring everything to him. In the long run, it was WELL WORTH IT, and I would not hesitate to recommend Erik's services to family and friends alike.

Erik came and picked up my CPU and brought it back in a few days. He was very responsive to all my calls and set-up and explained everything when he came to deliver it to me. He spent 2.5 hours alone on setting it up and going over things with me.

Erik is very easy to work with and we have great confidence in his problem-solving skills, reliability, and persistence in solving tricky problems.

Erik went above and beyond, brought a new router, installed it, went through calls with comcast and other help desks with me, cleaned up my computer and was able to get me fully functional in no time.

He arrived promptly around 10 am and was here through the day till after 6pm. He was incredibly thorough and his fee was beyond reasonable. Will definitely use him in the future.

It went well, except for the fact that these updates are taking forever!!!

Wonderfully!!! He showed me how to maintain my system on a weekly basis. I depend on my computer and he promised it back to me in less than 24 hours. I got it in maybe 16 hours!!! He saved my "virtual" life!

It was a great experience overall. He even weeded out some of my old hardware. We spoke about possibly doing a data recovery on my old computer that recently died.

He gave me lots of tips and educational information.

It went beautifully: the time went very smoothly. My brother and Sister-in-law are not easy to please, but he pleased them very much. Mr. Miller had to see through the problems with the first DSL company and find another one. He did it quickly and with ease. I didn't know that a computer was going to be included all for the money I already sent him so I was amazed at how much he stretched my dollars. As my brother's life comes to an end, getting him a radio that brought back the memories of his Short Wave radio was very important to me and doing it quickly was of the most importance. Mr. Miller gave me extra long arms to help me give this joy to my brother.
