Description of Work: I get regular service from this company. The quality is fine, but it varies depending upon which tech shows up. Because the service varies a bit, the price seems a bit high. If I had consistently good service from every tech, I would be less concerned about price. | |I don't like that they do not schedule appointments for quarterly service. Instead, they just show up, and if I am not home they don't check with me for specific issues or do the garage or basement. I have to call to set up an separate appointment for that service. | |Again, they are generally fine and take care issues as they arise pretty quickly after I call.

Description of Work: I hired Viking Pest Control over 4 years ago on the recommendaton of a friend. I had cave crickets in my cellar. They came and I was very satisifed with the result and now have a contract with them. I found a wasp nest by my front porch and they came soon after I called and there was no charge since I have a contract.

Description of Work: I had a flea infestation problem brought into my house by my cat. The eradication was a two-visit process, which I researched ahead of time, but the Viking people also explained how I would have to prepare and what they would be doing, so there were no surprises. There is no easy way to get rid of fleas but Viking's method was effective and I would use them again if the problem recurs.
