We are a small family owned business which prides itself on thorough & thoughtful service to our customers. All of our plumbers are Master Plumbers licensed by the state, so you are getting experienced & qualified help. Our knowledgeable office staff will be able to answer many of your questions when you first contact us. I am sorry you were disappointed in our responsiveness even though we did answer your questions via email and phone. The extreme heat wave at the end of May resulted in an unusually high number of calls for us. Our prices are within 10% of our legitimate competitors and my sincere apologies if I failed to convince you that our service, installation and equipment are superior to many other companies.
