He responded to our inquiry in a timely manner. He came to the house to do the work when he said he would. He pointed out an additional plumbing problem behind the wall and fixed it. Very pleased with his work.

All went very good. Tom arrived on time and performed all work needing done. In fact he made time to do the kit and valve so that he would not have to return and charge fo a second service call. While the issue in the shower was not a plumbing issue he was able to refer me to a local renovation contractor who is going to regrout and replace some tiles This was not the first time I have used Copperhead; they are my go to plumbing contractor in Somerset County. They work with you to arrange convenient and timely appointments, arrive on time, do the job in a professional manner, and clean up after the job is completed. These folks are real pros. I have heard comments that they are more expensive than some others in the area. I haven't found that. You get what you pay for.

We have and copper head for gears. They have replaced water heater and our heating & air conditioning units.

The pressure reducing valve was replaced and everything was checked to make sure it was working properly. Tom was very professional, worked efficiently, and cleaned up afterwards. We were very satisfied with the work. We will call Copperhead again the next time we need a plumber.

Tom first told the easy solution-joining the connection but the water still leaked. So he neatly opened a small hole in the cabinet backing & paired the issue.

Excellent called to move the appointment to an earlier date. On time took cave to cover shoes and keep the work area clean. Explained problem, shoved now to replace nose fixed leak. Recommended ordering the replacement part from manufacturer.

Jim and Ben arrived on time. We discussed the symptoms of our drain problems. They presented their proposed solution and with our approval started work immediately. They were efficient, neat, clean and quick. After snaking all vents and drains they checked flows in all sinks nuimerous times before cleaning up ande leaving. I will use Copperhead for our next plumbing project. When I called a person who is very knowledgeable answered the phone and took the information. A return call came as promised and a date set for the work. These people have all the equipment they need to perform a complete, neat job with confidence.
