They did a good job. They are very professional. The owner came over to make sure it was done good. They did a little work without the need to be home. They are great. The price is competitive but you could probably get cheaper but you wouldn't be able to find people like them. They are very good. The day they said they were going to do it they did it and got it done.

Great. Got us in the same day we called. Small repair - mice had chewed through wires. Fixed quickly and at a very reasonable price.

I was very impressed with their evaluation and offering different ways to solve the problem. Did not try to sell something that was not needed. Very professional and trustworthy.

I called in the morning of yet another 90 degree day and was told that they would get back to me as soon as possible but all the techs were booked for the day; about 20 minutes after I hung up I was called back that they had a cancellation and someone would be at my home around noon. They actually got to my home around 10:30 (EARLY!!) and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem.

not good. I had sink faucets replaced by copperhead pluming and heating technician. After he replaced the sink faucet, my whole water control didnot work at all. He loosed the control and never take care of it before he left. So Careless! NOW I need to hire another company to fix this problem caused by him. I want my refund.

The job started on time and went very well. Joe was very courteous, helpful and explained the mechanism thoroughly.

Everyone I dealt with was professional and friendly however the cost was on the high side compared to the local average. I did hire Copperhead previously for a job which was on the lower side of average so I was surprised they were on the high side for this work. That aside, I would hire them again if the estimate is more competitive.

Arrived on time and installed the water heater. Very professional and thorough identifying any concerns and making adjustments . Example, plumber notice the concrete floor behind the existing water heater (in my basement) was cracked. He suggested to put the new water heater just far enough away from the cracks so the new water heater would be level and away from the concrete cracks. Also, he verified the zoning requirements to confirm I really needed an expansion tank. I've used this company once before. I really like them. They are on time, professional, knowledgeable, and watch your pocketbook. Everything is explained upfront. They are there to do the job and their pricing is really competitive especially for what they provide. I highly recommend them.

Called Copperhead after seeing all the positive reviews. Had a bad gas leak last night in our basement in the same area that KING GEORGE had repaired two years ago for another leak. What a waste of money THAT was (and they are so rude). Anyway, my husband called Copperhead and they were very pleasant and helpful and had someone already in our neighborhood. Not 3 hours later they arrived and did a very thorough job. The plumber who came was just a joy to work with, helpful, insightful, etc. He performed the work and fixed the original job and provided a quote to move a gas line for our grill outside. We have finally found our trusted plumber and will be calling them for our gas line move next month!! Thank you Copperhead!

Copperhead showed up on time and performed the work professionally. Removing the rusted, corroded, and thick bolts holding the toilet seat in place was quite a job because they were in such terrible condition and there was very little maneuvering between the bolt and the toilet itself. It took about 20 minutes and "voila" bolts gone! Copperhead also fixed the toilet leak but the toilet flap ( for refilling the tank) wasn't sitting right after the left and they came back to fix it without any push back. The plumbers are professional and explain everything in plain English. We asked for some other estimates such as whether we needed a new sump (ours is over 20 years old), replacing the main water valve (it's tight to turn), and a new water heater since ours is 13 years old. They were honest and did not push work that didn't need to be done. Very refreshing especially on the sump pump. Copperhead said it's working okay and just check it from time to time especially before a storm to be sure it's still okay. FYI we had another well-known plumbing company come out and told us "it's old and should be replaced". Copperhead will be installing a new water heater for us this week. Also, Nancy in the office is really professional and pleasant and gets back you quickly whether by phone or email. Copperhead is professional, very easy to work with and their prices are competitive.

FANTASTIC! They responded right away. A worry that we had that there would be a costly digging up of the pipes in our slab foundation were quickly relieved. He diagnosed the problem very quickly and narrowed the problem down to the four items mentioned above and the lesser of the three was given to us free. The cost was very reasonable. We will definitely use them again.

Tom was punctual as always had the electrician also to do his part – took about 4 hours called me and water to go over and check systems explain all the work.
