Installed external hose faucet. Description of Work: My wife called me at work,said water heater was leaking in basement.I called Copperhead to ask about price and response time.I was given a price of $800 dollars.Tom responded within 1 hour.He shut off water and drained tank to stop further damage to basement.Removed old and replaced with 50 gallon high eff.unit.I was very happy with his quick response and also that as a local contractor from the neighborhood I could trust that my wife/kids were safe while I was not there!! | |
