Called on 4/25; made an appt for Monday, 4/30. Tom arrived exactly on time, repaired the laundry room faucet handle and determined that the dressing room faucet would have to be replaced; I chose not to replace this faucet right now. The experience was very professional, from start to finish. The work was performed quickly and neatly. Tom was very knowledgeable. I would use this company again.

All jobs performed for me were done profesionally. they show up on time, continually provide status of the job they are doing (if it will take longer, etc.), completely clean up after the jobs are completed AND even call you a few days after the job is completed as a follow-up to ensure all is OK. I can't think of anyone else who does this!

Overall the installation went very smoothly. The plumbers (mechanics) who did the work primarily consisted of 1 senior mechanic and 1 junior mechanic. Both were very professional, punctual and clean. Tom, the licensed master plumber and owner of Copperhead Plumbing, stopped by during the job. The quality and workmaship was very good. There were a few minor issues that had to be addressed after the initial job was done but Copperhead came back and addressed those issues. Kathy in the office was very good with email communications and scheduling. Overall I am very pleased with the products they installed, their workmanship and their professionalism. Their price is not cheap but you get what you pay for. I would use them again.

It has been months and months since Copperhead was here and I'm still happy with their work. I found Copperhead stickers on the plumbing in my "new" house (new to me, anyway), and after a failed relationship with another plumber was eager to give them a try. Tom and everyone else who came out from Copperhead to quote and work on the jobs were fantastic. They're prompt, and make efforts to work with your schedule. All in all, they replaced our old exterior spigots with new "freeze-proof" spigots, redid all the plumbing in my laundry room, and even worked with me to redo the drainage and dryer exhausts in the laundry room to accommodate new cabinets. The work they did will probably last longer than the house, it's tight, clean and extremely well done. I'm proud to recommend this plumbing company to ANYONE and EVERYONE.

We had water damage in our kitchen. We suspected a leak from the dish washer. the tech came and searched the house thoroughly but did not find any leak. He was very helpful and did not charge us.

Made a call to schedule an appointment. They were a little late but cleared the drain. Very satisfied with their professionalism.

He is very good and fair. It is really nice dealing with Tom. He is very knowledge and professional. I feel that he really did rite by us. Their prices are very fair.

Their pricing was reasonable. I've used them before. They are incredibly reliable, trustworthy and very neat.

Tom came and gave us an estimate on 8/31. He was very nice and thorough with his review of the work needed. The work was scheduled for 9/20 and 9/21. Joe started the outside work -- digging up the old piping and laying the new pipes. Mike came on 9/21 and completed the inside work -- replacing the 2 sump pumps, building a shelf for the power source and finishing the outside piping. All went well. The guys were careful and professional. All went well. I would definitely use them again.

I have used Copperhead Plumbing several times over the past 5 years, mainly in connection with my 4 zone hot water heating system, but also to replace my main water supply valve and for smaller sink repairs. I'm extremely pleased with the prompt service and knowledge & expertise of the owner and any of his workers who have responded. The plumbing charges are fair (not cheap) and by the book. My heating system continues to perform in top fashion and it is a relief not to have any doubts or concerns about who to call for any plumbing needs. Highly recommended.

The job was well done, and the company was very responsive. The office person who scheduled the call was very nice, and was accommodating to my issue & urgency. The technician, Mike, explained the options and the pricing in detail. The frost free hose bib and outside faucet had to be replaced, so there was some cutting and soldering required. He used cloths and buckets to ensure water didn't continue to flow inside the house, and cleaned up before he left. All seems to be working fine at this point. Since the water had already come into the basement, I had limited time to get it fixed, and thus did not compare pricing (although I did call a few folks). I'm not sure what others would've charged, so I can't provide feedback on where their pricing falls (expensive, average, or great deal), but they did do a really good job. Based on the work, I'm okay with the price. Also, the price I received was after the Angie's List discount of $20.

Copperhead Plumbing & Heating was called for a minor complaint - a dual flush toilet with a broken "flush" button. The manufacturer and model number was conveyed. The service man did not have the replacement part available. He called the manufacturer who supplied the part. It was installed a week later. The job was done in a professional manner and the problem was resolved. The service provider did inform me at the the initial visit that he would charge me for each visit separately and I did accept the condition without question. However, I personally do not agree with the policy of charging 2 service visits for one job, primarily because the part is not available.

My experience with Copperhead Plumbing and Heating could not have gone better. After finding them on Angie's list, I called and left a message on their answer machine. That afternoon, they returned my call, and explained to me their water heater replacement process - including price, scope of the job, and when I could have the job done. Since my existing water heater was not leaking, I scheduled the job for the following week. On the date the work was scheduled, they showed up on time, were very friendly and professional and completed the work in a couple of hours. They thoroughly cleaned up the work site and hauled off the old water heater. Since then, I had them back in to install a chimney liner for proper venting of the water heater and was equally pleased with their pricing and quality of work on that job as well. I would highly recommend Copperhead to anyone and plan on continuing to use them as my "go to" plumbing and heating company.

Overall, the work was performed professionally and efficiently. Any areas of the floor that might incur any water were well protected by the servicemen. Having experienced other plumbing companies in the past, Copperhead is above average and will be used again in the future.

The service that was provided by Copperhead Plumbing & Heating Company in a workman like manner. It was very professionally done. I would not hesitate one moment to recommend them. I would use them again in the future if required.

The experience was great! When I called I was told that they could send someone over in 45 minutes and they arrived on time! The plumber's name was Tom who I later found out was the owner of the company. He was polite, clean, organized and approachable. Before he started the service he looked at the clogged drain and pipes to diagnosed the problem. He let me know the options to fix the clog and the pros and the cons of both options and how much it would cost. I asked that he used the manual snake to unclog the drain. He spread a clean drop cloth in my kitchen and placed his tools on it. It was the cleanest plumbing job I've ever had and I feel like he respected my kitchen. The sink pipes were old and thin so the manual snake pierced it and made a hole. He replaced the pipes at no extra charge. He told me that the connection for the dishwasher was in the wrong place and could cause drainage problems. I appreciate that he not only told me about the issue, he also rerouted the connection so that it would drain properly. After he was done he cleaned up after himself and left the area spotless. I really appreciated the service and would definately use them again in the future. I have already mentioned him to friends. It's very rare that you can find a polite, humble person who does a great job! I doubt that anyone who uses this company would be disappointed!

Booking the appointment was very easy. Kathy was great to deal with; she was very friendly and accomodating. My appointment was booked for Monday, December 27th at 8:15. At 7:45am I received a phone call stating that they would not be able to make the appointment due to the snow storm. I totally understood because I would not want anyone on the road in those conditions. They then called mid-afternoon to reschedule and were able to come out the next morning. The technician, Jim, showed up on time. He was very polite and professional. I appreciated the fact that he put down tarp and wore booties so my carpet did not get wet and dirty from the snow. Jim looked at both items, gave me the estimate and went to work. He was done in no time. My toilet is no longer constantly running and I have plenty of hot water. Plus, Jim was very nice to my dog and she liked him. She doesn't always like workers in the house, so that was important to me. She is a good judge of character. All in all, I was happy with the service completed and I did not feel ripped off. I would definitely use Copperhead again.

I've used them before and trust their judgement completely. Given the age of the faucet, and the sink quality, they recommended that they both be replaced. I felt much better doing more than just squeaking by and saving a little.
